I chose Doctor Dickie for my upper and lower eyelid surgery and earlobe repair even though he was 3.5 hours away because of a friends wonderful results and the recommendation of another. My friend who had had the same procedure done 20 years ago still looks fabulous.My procedure took place 4 weeks ago and went very well. I am extremely pleased with the results thus far. Dr. Dickie was available to me at any time and was reassuring when the swelling concerned me. Dr. Dickie, Shawnie and the whole team at Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery are truly the best. Their care before surgery is to keep you well informed and they are open to your multiple calls and questions you may have, from financial to nervousness, never ever making you feel less than. Before surgery the team of nurses and anesthesiologist sit with you answer all your questions, you feel safe in their hands. The after surgery care is the best my nurse was always there helping me reassuring me, again I felt safe and cared for. If you've been thinking about going to see Dr. Dickie go and see for yourself. I highly recommend Dr. Dickie, he is a skilled surgeon, he is approachable and compassionate, and a real nice guy. June 2023, I had a breast reduction with bilateral flank liposuction. To say I'm over the moon would be an understatement. I'm only 5 weeks post-op but the size and shape are spectacular. I was a 32G/H depending on the store and Dr. Dickie granted my wish of taking me down to a C-cup. Shirts fit better, my range of motion has increased, and I cannot wait to workout without the pain I had before.The facility was incredible; clean and inviting. I was impressed right from my first phone call and my experience only improved from my consultation. Top notch patient coordination, surgery team, recovery nurses, and follow-up appointments. All aspects made this experience worthwhile. I was on waitlists for an OHIP approved reduction for 3 years with multiple surgeons. After visiting Dr. Dickie I was granted my OHIP approved surgery and given a surgery date 3 weeks from consultation!If I decide on any other procedure going forward, I'll definitely return.

I recently had a surgical procedure done at The Royal Center. I wanted to say what a perfect experience it was. From the time I entered the office and was greeted by Melanie and Kim, till the time I was going home after surgery it was totally professional. Meeting with Dr. Dickie as he sat down and explained the procedure that I was asking about with pictures and a thorough explanation of the procedure. Shawnie with her support and further caring explanation and warm hand holding that was a much needed emotional support. The OR staff Darla, Rosemarie and Stephanie in recovery it was totally professional comfortable supportive and care. I can not say enough about The royal Center. I highly recommend this Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery. I forgot to mention one of the most important people in all this, Dr. Taylor that gave my anesthetic he reviewed everything with me sat as he talked to me so I felt that there was no rush I felt comfortable going to sleep, great pain control when I woke up. My experience at RCPS was truly amazing from the time of my consultation to surgery and then recovery. Dr. Dickie and his entire team are very friendly, caring and professional, they kept me informed and answered any questions or concerns I had regarding my surgery. The day of my surgery the anesthesiologist and nurses made me feel more relaxed and not so nervous and gave me the utmost care after surgery. Dr. Dickie himself, is a very skilled surgeon who does great work and gives his patients the utmost care and that is why I highly recommend him and his team. Please stay away! Save your money and physical and emotional pain. Barrie - June 2021 I went in for a breast lift with implants.. 3 months after surgery my breasts completely dropped to how they were prior to surgery.. 6 month check up I was basically told there is nothing they can do for me and that I would require another surgery.. that I had to completely pay for.. but I already paid 16k CAD for the first one.. doctor said to me over the phone.. well I’m not going to work for free and offered a 50% discount… LOL. Do your self a favor and stay far far away from this please. Since my initial surgery I had to undergo 2 more surgeries to repair the damage and scars I was left with.. new doctor was shocked at the scarring and effects I was left with.Claudia M

I had minor finger surgery with Dr Dickie. He and his staff are extremely welcoming and professional. The surgery went well and Dr Dickie explained everything throughout the procedure. I had a couple questions after the surgery and Kim made me feel like any question no matter how minor was important and not an inconvenience. I wish every Doctor and their staff was as efficient , friendly and professional.

I had my implants -explant ( taken out ) and a Breast lift done by Dr Dickie. Dr Dickie did an excellent job! His staff are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. The day of my surgery I was so nervous, but as soon as I walked in until I was discharged, I was given the best care ever .Dr Dickie is great at what he does and I will always recommend him to my friends and anyone I talk to.My sister recommended Dr Dickie to me and now I know why she went to him. Best experience ever !

Dr Dickie and staff have been completely amazing. From the first appointment with Dr Dickie, he explained and answered all of my questions.The day of my surgery the nurses were top notch attentive and supportive. I received a phone call from Dr Dickie the night of surgery and was able to text him any time.If you want to receive the best of care, I strongly recommend Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery. I would like to thank the wonderful team of Dr. Dickie. I was treated with the utmost respect and felt that all the workers had my well-being in mind.
