My niece said Ben should have no stars, but in order to post, one star must be selected. My niece has been waiting two years for her drapes to arrive. Ben says he calls the company and makes more excuses why they can't deliver. She's made two choices since the original choice, but he always says it's going to take longer. She paid up front, $5000, and he has yet to deliver. He wants to put up the rods without the drapes, which she will not allow. He seems very untrustworthy,
