Cartier Maintenance Inc. - Entretien ménager

I used them to clean the house after some construction.Terrible. If you ignore everything I say at least make sure you get a contract, check the insurance details, stay there to watch and cross your fingers.The owner gave me a quote with his young children sitting outside on the step.  The price they charge is high.  The arrive with standard household cleaning equipment nothing like the pictures. They then insisted  they clean everything with water and don't use products.  The problem with their method is it doesn't work !! You need surfactants..They broke the television and didn't say anything.  The owner now blames me saying it was a risk to leave it on the floor.  He denies doing itThey couldn't open the fridge door fully and broke the drawer trying to remove it.  They left the piece in the fridge when they left but deny doing it.They rubbed the newly painted walls so much it removed the sheen from the painted.  The owner said the walls were still wet from the cleaning.  They weren't I had to get them repainted!I have a wood look tile with grain in it.  After they 'cleaned it' it was still full of dirt.  After insisting again they tried with a product.  We pointed out that it was still dirty and the owner said it would lighted with time after the product worked!  It didn't!  We cleaned them with a scrubbing bush after their visit and it cleaned up perfectly!After insisting, they cleaned the fibreglass front deck with a product but again that was not clean.  I used a scrubbing brush and again removed the dirt.They stated they would stay for 7 hours and they stayed for 4. They didn't clean any of the blinds in the house.  They didn't clean the celing fan.  Both items they said they would do.  It was pointed out the hood above the stove had not been cleaning and this was demonstrated to the owner by rubbing a finger along the dirt.  He agreed and for some 'unknown reason' he seemed uncomfortable and rushed off and didn't ask for the payment.  The day after we texted him asking if he had insurance as he had broken the TV.  He stated he would call back the next day.  He never did.I phoned him weeks later and he stated he had been away on vacation so didn't have time.  He stated the didn't break the TV but offered me more cleaning which I subsequently refused.  The day later he offered me the cleaning for free which was subpar and they didn't stay for the full time anyway.  They broke items,  the cleaning was subpar, he left without payment and never chased up for it and I never saw any evidence of insurance.In short unprofessional sub par cleaning company.

Merci Beaucoup, de m'avoir aidé à faire le nettoyage de mon nouvel appartement à Montréal. Les ancien propriétaire on vraiment laissé un gros bordel, il y avait de la poussière partout et des déchets, sans parlé des tâches de je ne sais pas trop quoi dans la cuisine et la salle de bain.En plus sa la été super rapide en 2 et demi tout brillait. C'est fou comme un bon nettoyage peux changer l'aspect d'une place. Je sais que c'était vraiment sale pour un 4 1/2, mais les deux employées que vous m'avez envoyé on vraiment fait du bon travail et merci pour le super bon prix d'ami que vous m'avez fait. C'est certain que si je connais quelqu'un qui a besoin d'un bon ménage, je leurs dis de vous appelez.Merci Beaucoup
