Booking was easy and a follow up email was sent with service expectations, and tips to help things run smoothly. The service tech (Shawn Hopper) arrived exactly on time and as indicated in the email. We took the early appointment and he was ready to work, but also took time to explain the process and what he was doing. Great service experience all around. Thank you!

We were lucky to have Rob come to service our home. He was prompt, professional, and had a great attitude. He took the time to explain the process and give us time to try to secure our cats securely. All our questions were answered clearly. He also gave us good advice on future maintenance of our furnace and ducts. Would definitely have him back for any further work.
