Dollarama

It's seriously much cleaner than other Dolloramas. The place also feel big and the aisle are somewhat large. Also had good experience with the staff.

Im not one to leave reviews but this it was a must for me to express my gratitude. As im going true difficult moments never would i expect that a visit to freaking Dollorama would change drastically the way i feel and my poor attitude for the day. I have Neda to thank for that. She went the extra mile to give me what we call in the service industry a wow service! Neda i thank you so much and ill be back to show my gratitude.

Was a bit hard to find, but very good selection.

If you are in a hurry, then it's a good place to buy mid quality things with reasonable prices. Well organized, sometimes it's hard to find someone to answer / help you.

Good location to shop, larger then some others with a bit more variety as well as shelves are most always freshly stocked! Friendly staff and there is even McDonalds right there to grab a snack after you shop winners upstairs with Adonis for groceries, great Dollarama as well as a little well keep secret of a mini mall!

I was very disappointed with the service here. I shop at this Dollarama all the time, but this time I left very upset. I had just bought a set of Christmas lights, which I had been searching for for a while since they were not in season. I bought four of them and was super happy when I left the store. Once I got home I noticed the lights didn't connect to each other, even though they said they did on the box, which was very misleading! I spoke to the assistant manager and the manager himself, and could not believe they would not let me exchange these items for something else. They even said that they have they could make an exception, but would not make one for me. The manager also said that if he were me he's also want to return them, and still didn't let me exchange them for something else. It's really a shame to let a customer leave like this, over $12. It's not the money, it's the principal behind it, and now these items will have to be thrown out because I will not be able to use them. What a waste and bad service...

A discount store. Clean, well illuminated, it's ok.

The cashier tried to overcharge me (charging me tax on what should have been the price after taxes).Just to be sure, I went back to the bin to double check the price before taxes and when I called him out on it, he had the audacity to tell me « this is Canada » and that I would need to wait five minutes for his supervisor to validate my claim.Needless to stay I will be patronizing other locations before I darken the entrance to this establishment again.Note to owner: sometimes a small issue can make all the difference between what would have been a five star rating and today’s assessment.

Good store, but lacking variety in tupperwares and containers as well as animal food departments.

Cheap and cheerful. Some good offers, cleanings stuff, kitchen towels, everything. But depends what you are looking for. Red bull was cheap. I'm coming back
