I was pleasantly surprised with the eclxcelent customer service that RCC provided. From sales to technical support, every question and concern was addressed. Bottom line, these are a good bunch of people that have your best interest at heart. Please keep it up I have more equipment to purchase, I wouldn't consider going any ware else.

I too dealt with Gina, who took the time to answer my questions about an oscilloscope that I wished to purchase. Really great customer service! The scope arrived later that same week (western canada) very well packaged. I would definitely buy from RCC again.

I’m a retired professional electrical engineer. In the past 18+ months I have purchased a number of Siglent oscilloscopes, power supplies, meters and waveform generators from RCCE to set up my lab. Every order was double-packed, shipped the same day that I placed the order and was delivered by Purolator in perfect condition two days later. One meter failed after 6 months but Gina shipped a warranty replacement before I had even returned the faulty item. In the age of discount suppliers and low-cost shippers it’s a pleasure to find a company that sells quality equipment and provides exemplary customer service. I thoroughly recommend RCCE.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gina with the purchase of an ocsilliscope. The customer service is impeccable and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electronic equipment. Shipping to west canada took minimal time to and was hassel free. They also provided me with competitive pricing that beats most others. Packaging came in with lots of bubble wrap to protect equipment from possible package miscare.

RCCE is a company that cares about its customers. Gina was flexible in accommodating my request. It is my third purchase from them. Better prices and faster delivery than Amazon. You can't beat that.

Have ordered Siglent equipment online twice from them now in the last couple weeks, ships with Purolator and I've gotten things basically next business day. Everything has come double boxed with tons of packing peanuts which is nice (better than most places just slapping a sticker on the product box). Best prices I've found in Canada too, pretty happy overall.

I purchased an oscilloscope from RCCE's online store on around 09/22. Before my purchase, I emailed RCCE sales with an inquiry. Within one business day a manager with academic ECE qualifications responded to me and resolved my inquiry quickly, professionally, and pleasantly. The quality of service met my expectations and was above average for online retailers.One accessory included with my purchase did not meet my performance standards. I raised the issue with sales by email. The same day I received a reply from my initial point of contact, who immediately resolved my concern without any additional burden on me. Specifically, RCCE staff shipped me a replacement accessory. The interaction exceeded my expectations for online retailers and demonstrated an expert level of skill in customer service.I received a follow-up email from an RCCE office manager to inquire if the replacement accessory resolved the issue I raised, which was a concise, clear, and professional interaction.Encountering such effective and highly skilled staff members leaves me with the impression that RCC Electronics is owned and operated by individuals who are highly discerning of quality in all areas of business.I trust RCC Electronics as a business in general and will likely prefer to make purchases with them when it involves their their areas of expertise.After expressing my gratitude for the high quality of customer service, an RCCE staff member asked me to consider writing a review on Google's business platform. Bought a Siglent SDS2104X Plus and LA module. It was the best deal I could find in Canada with lots of additional Options activated included in the base price. The service was great and communications excellent. Thanks, Gina! I could not be happier. I highly recommend buying through RCC Electronics.

I am so happy of my first oscilloscope purchase with Gina from RCC Electronics! Not only the best product and price, but also the best customer service! Gina goes beyond the normal customer service, she tried to accommodate my pickup time even beyond the office hour and made sure everything is going smooth with all prompt emails.
