The project was to install 2 glass shower doors. The price was competitive. The service from start to end was exceptional and at all times professional. Very high on the customer service scale.

Great place. had to have a kitchen cabinet door fixed (glass broke). the door was full of glued wood trim holding it together, took him a long time to fix but he honoured the original price and it looks identical to the other doors, well done!

As a university student who needed a mirror for a project asap these guys delivered it on time with an awesome price. Forget the price, they're simply clean and understanding. Cheers to Steve and team =)

These guys were so great to deal with. Gerry was super professional and friendly. He provided me with all the details I needed and sent out a guy to fix my window same day. The service was tremendous. I will definitely not hesitate to refer these people and I will be using them again.

I have turned to Remington for two repair projects to windows at my house. I've been very happy both times. These guys are honest brokers and do good work. I'm glad to recommend Remington Glass.

Slow service. I found they were not organized, I had the guys come in to measure for the mirrors and had no clue until I got a last minute voicemail, instead of making an appointment. After that I asked for the exact price and they could not give me an exact price, said they would call later and let me know, never got the call for the quote, on top of that they told me they would have the mirrors no later than a certain date, a week has passed since then. The gentleman on the phone sounded like he was always in a rush to get off the phone, so I found a lack of customer service. The wife was friendly though. Overall service was horrible and found other places comparable to price but with better customer service.

i ordered custom glass and also i had my own glass to be cut by them. They did exactly the way i want it and the polish on the glass was fantastic. The guy who help me was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did the work on time.

I was helping a friend repair the windows of his old Victorian. We needed three large pieces of glass and a repair to an aluminum storm sash. We wanted the glass right away.I called several glass & mirror companies but couldn't find a satisfactory response, i.e. voicemail, technician is out" or a week-long wait for everything.I was referred to Remington by a salesperson at New Canadians/Home Hardware. Gerry was able to cut the glass within one hours time (as promised). The aluminum sash required several days as it had to be disassembled before the glass could be replaced.I had a good experience with Remington Glass & Mirror."

Remington fabricated two replacement windows for my house. The work was high quality and done quickly. The guys are fair to deal with and their prices are reasonable. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend Remington Glass.

Really good customer service, very pleasant to deal with. I called around to a few places and these guys were very competitively priced and they were able to tackle the job almost immediately. Definitely recommend!
