I had this guy come and install a new Fan July 27 - 2019 in my Regency Fireplace in camborne Ontario. He charge me $389.00 To Repace the fan + $112.00 for the service call. 5 Months later the cheap fan stopped working and we continuously called them for months with no reply ...finally after 3 months , they sent someone out , who looked at the Fan and said yep it doesn't work"

This company originally installed our propane fireplace 13 years ago. We went in to get some parts for it and asked about the warrenty. Also asked for price of new unit. They did not seem interested in helping. Very abrupt and bordering on rude !
