Excellent service from Westshore Towing last week. The staff, forgotten his name now, was so very courteous and professional while helping to tow my vehicle. He additionally spent some extra time to help resolve some other issues I had with the vehicle which were unrelated to towing. Felt really good not to be alone. Very impressive and humane. I locked my car keys in my trunk at Costco. The gentleman who arrived in about 15-20 was very pleasant. He quickly got my car door open and we were able to pop the trunk. I was on my way in 15mins.

We called them for a tow as the car wouldn't go above 20. When they showed up we decided to see if it would go & it did. We were concerned it wouldn't make it over the Malahat so the driver said he'd follow us until after the Malahat. We made it over. They were so nice to stay with us over the Malahat. We ended up making it home.Thank you.

Friendly person on the phone. Quick turnaround and flexible pickup times. Friendly and funny driver. I had a strange situation - I had to use another car to drive and meet him at my damaged car. I paid and then drove back to work and he drove my car to my driveway. Great service!

Broke down on the worst section of the malahat in rush hour. No shoulder to pull off to. From call to arrival was less than 15 minutes in rush hour. Driver was awesome and got me out of harm's way in under 5 minutes

My tow truck driver when lifting my car completely crunched my front bumper and all the clips, backed my car fully into a ditch, and acted like nothing happened. Zero respect at all.
