It was relatively pain free to get my new couches. I went in with my trailer. I decided to pick them up rather then get them delivered. Everyone at both the main store and warehouse were super helpful. Overall pretty great experience. I would order again.

Was told easy assembly, just the 2 halves of the sofa and the legs to attach. Was more than that, would have been fine if the instructions were legible, looked like they were photo copied 100 times. Happy with sofa set otherwise.

I ordered the Skylar sectional. I got it delivered and it came with an extra armless, middle piece instead of the corner piece. I emailed the service team and they had my piece exchanged for the correct one literally the next morning! Cannot express my gratitude enough for the customer service! The prices at ifurniture are 1/3 of the cost compared to everywhere else. Just love shopping here!

I've been looking for a chair for a while now, my old Serta started to get lumpy. I saw an advert for a mesh chair for $179 still in box. That's a price I'll pay to try a mesh chair. I paid for it, arranged delivery - they were very professional. This is a really solid chair, all of the parts are heavy and high quality. They advertise that it has a 5 position back, but with the headrest and the adjustable seat it seems like a more. Assembly was easy, the guide was simple and clear - I put the arms on backwards anyways. It took a few minutes to correct that mistake and I took a seat. The first thing I noticed was how firm the cushion is. It kind of reminds me of a prison issue pillow - the only difference is that this is still comfortable - trust me - the pillow isn't. I'm giving the chair a solid 4 out of 5 because I know that nothing is perfect.Oh, and a sidenote - it doesn't just come with an allen key for assembly, it comes with the CORRECT allen key.

Bought an office chair here. Used for a week and the chair is now tilted. Went back to the store and they refused my warranty claim.I showed them the order confirmation email and order pick up receipt. Besides, they found my purchase detail, my personal information, and date of purchase in their sales system, but still refused my warranty claim by saying that I dont have the orignal paper invoice.BE CAREFUL! THEY WILL TRY EVERTHING TO REFUSE RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS, EVEN WARRANTY CLAIMS.

Customer loyalty seems to mean nothing to this establishment. We bought some items a few months ago and were happy with them. We noted they had computer chairs at $49 but were not ready to buy at that time. We phoned today to see if they still had them in stock, even though they were shown on their website, rather than drive across the city to their store. We were told they didn't have the $49 chairs but did have $69 ones (also listed on their website). When we arrived at the store we found that they didn't have the $69 ones but did have some $99 ones. It didn't matter that we were previous customers. It didn't matter that they were listed on their website. It didn't matter that we drove all the way from the west end, only because a staff member told us they had them. It also didn't seem to matter that this sales tactic has been called bait and switch" by some consumer watchdogs. People who follow my reviews know that 90% of the time I give favourable ones and that my appraisals are a fair representation of my experiences. Today however one star is the lowest I am able to give them."

Five stars because the dining room furniture here is insanely priced (in a good way) and there are so many options! Worth driving from St. Albert to get 4 Ikea looking chairs for 100 bucks! Wish we’d bought our stuff here instead of on FB marketplace because prices are comparable but it’s new here!

These guys don't deserve even 1 star. Please stay away from that company. Their furniture is cheap quality and if want to return there is 20% of restocking fees. Even you haven't used their stuff and still in the original package still they charge restocking fees. The main thing is their quality of the product. You will be lucky if your product will last even a month long. Their attitude is kind you are nothing for them. No customer service. So if you have too much money to waste go with them. Totally money wastage on their cheap quality products.

I bought 4 dinning chairs from the store, because I was recommended by my best friend to go and shop there. That is a big store with a wide range of selection of any kind of furniture you may need for your home or business. I found my favorite pieces, and picked them up in the nearby warehouse. Everything worked smoothly. Excellent services and great quality.

Got my couch today, little bit of hiccup because they sent me the wrong colour. However customer service was great! Actioned it right away and got my new couch the day after! Will recommend to friends and family! I love love love my couch! Thank you!
