Replacing a 13 year old Beachcomber main pump was done with skill, efficiency and with a great attitude. Thanks to Tyler

We usually use SML as they've always been good and helpful.Drove to the north store to buy an o ring for our pump, after phoning to check that they had it in stock. On arrival there they told us that they didn't have them, and sold us an entire new wet end for a bunch more money. When we installed it at home, it was missing a wear ring, despite being a brand new item. The man at the store (older chap)today denied ever having sold it to us (despite him having given us fitting advice the previous day) until we made him look up the sale on his computer, then told us that it was damaged by us (which it wasn't, as we were able to get it working fine after buying a wear ring), and refused to even look at the obvious gap in the pump where the wear ring is supposed to sit. Mistakes happen, but his attitude was dreadful. We'll never use them again. Will pay more to ship parts directly rather than deal with their dishonesty. It's a pity as we'd previously had great helpful service here.

Dean and the team took great care of us from start to finish, in our first-time buyer hot tub shopping experience. From product knowledge - including answering our many questions along the way - to managing the logistics of delivery and install of our tub during the pandemic, our experience with SML was excellent. Follow-up questions about tub functions and water care, months after installation were also answered promptly and thoroughly. We would definitely recommend SML to anyone looking to for a hot tub.

My husband and I purchased our beautiful outdoor living set from SML and we couldn't be happier. Not only are their products high quality, stylish and just beautiful, the customer service is top notch. They were so helpful, knowledgeable on all products and simply made you feel like you were family. I highly recommend SML for all your entertainment needs. You will not be disappointed.

We have been customers of SML Entertainment for many years now. The entire team is terrific to work with - they are uniformly focused on customer experience and it shows. We recently purchased a Caldera salt-water hot tub and could not be happier with it. Service throughout our long history has been great too - very very helpful. We just ordered a bubble hockey game and are looking forward to it's arrival before Christmas.

My experience only goes so far as ordering online, but they do a great job in that area. Our local hot tub supplier closed, and the manufacturer of the chemicals we used referred us to SML. Not only did they also respond to the email inquiry to introduce themselves, they explained the deals available, how to order online, and various ways to get the product with the ongoing pandemic. They delivered directly to our door and provided good communication on that as well.

Nice selection of pool cues. The front counter lady was friendly, but the pool counter person acted as though he had better things to then help us.

I recently purchased a Beachcomber 720 from Dean at SML. I love the Beachcomber product line, this being my 2nd tub but what really sets SML apart is their customer service. Dean and Brett walked me through the various models and took the time to understand what options made sense for my family and I. Tub delivery and setup was also done professionally by Mike and when I had a minor issue with a piece of outside skirting the SML team came out promptly and took care of it. I highly recommend the SML team and when I get my third hot tub that’s the place I will head.

Unfortunately my company experienced terrible customer service here with their salesman Tony. He was easy to access when we were looking for a new shuffleboard table, but as soon as it was purchased and set up, he suddenly wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. Our table has several issues, and their installation guys even told us there are several things that need to be fixed but since we can't reach Tony the issues have gone unaddressed. We chose to purchase through a local company rather than online to avoid this situation, but unfortunately it has not benefited us. Save yourself a few grand and purchase online, maybe the customer service will be better!
