As a DIY kinda guy, I have questions. Lots of questions. Not only did they answer them all, they sent me home with all the parts I needed to change my boat springs AND told me to call if I had any issues. They even custom made 4 parts I needed!! This is Old School service. Is the second time I have used their services and would not hesitate to use them again. Great business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. KS

Just wanted to say thanks to this great business. They truly know their stuff when it comes to suspension repairs. I only went in for an alignment on my motorhome but they discovered other problems with the rear suspension. The parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner. I can honestly say this is a business with a customer first mindset. The repairs were completed in the estimated time frame and the price was definitely fair. So if you need suspension work this is the place to go

When it comes to suspensions, you would be silly to look anywhere else.The combination of experience, attitude and equipment is what separates these guys from your average suspension shop.Tim and Henry are always there to help. Definitely recommend!

I dealt with Tim at KW spring.Dropped my truck to him in October. After 2 weeks I hadn’t heard anything back so I called to get an update. At that point they didn’t even look at the truck. 2 days went by again I called for an update. He told me that everything was fine. Fluid was needed and inner and other barrings need to be replaced.Tim then told me my truck would be done by Tuesday.So Tuesday I call KW spring at 4:45 to get an update on my trucks completion.I was at that point notified that my truck had been vandalized over the weekend, the gentleman who works the front desk told me this.Very poor customer service. Why wouldn’t they notify me the second they found out about the vandalism?Today I went to pick up my truck after being there 3 weeks and not a single thing done.I asked Tim why he didn’t bother to notify me of the vandalism. His reply was he was too busy.Very unprofessional. I would never recommend KW Spring to anyone after what I just went through.So let’s recap.3 weeks sitting there and no work done.Vandalism occurs and I wasn’t notified.I was strug along for 3 weeks.Judge this for yourself.If 0* was available I wouldn’t be giving 1*.KW spring you should be ashamed.

Had an amazing experience at KW Springs. Tim and his crew replaced and upgraded my trailer axles and even having a slight issue initially, I was more than impressed with how quickly they rectified my issue and stood behind their work. Would highly recommend.
