Tom's RV Service and Supplies Ltd

I used to be able to recommend this business, unfortunately I'm not so sure any more. I'm not a fan of being billed for other people's mistakes.I'm not the person described in the response to my comments, but if you want the details, a staff member dropped a GC2 battery and I was billed for its replacement (?). This makes me question some other, more expensive repairs that have been done.

Beware if you order parts from their website RV Superstore Canada. I have ordered twice from their website paid for my order and next day got e-mail that the price has changed and asking for more money as they cannot keep up with fluctuating distributor prices to update their website. I would suggest calling them to confirm accuracy of pricing before ordering from RV Superstore Canada.

Just picked up a toilet valve at Tom's. I expected to pay more than Amazon $45.00 or Home Hardware $43.00 but I wanted to go camping. Tom price $96.00. I also bought some sealant from there a wile back just checked and yes it was over double too. Very hard to support local when they do this.

They have a great selection of replacement parts for our RV. And they are a Canadian company!

Super friendly and efficient staff, i was in need for propane supplies and a copper pipe for my stove and a bit in the rush they sorted me out and saved me a lot of time.I definitely recommend!A great thanks guys

We just picked up our TT today from Tom's for a soft spot in the floor in the rear bunkhouse due to water from a failed seal. Ian and Julian did a fantastic job! This was a huge job, and they took the time to show me the extent of the damage and what they were doing to make sure it was fixed right. They took photos at every stage (very helpful for insurance!) and checked in with us to let us know how things were going. Alysa was super friendly and was our point of contact for any questions we had. Overall, the staff and quality of work was excellent. Hopefully we won't need their services in the future, but if anything unexpected happens again, they will be the ones we trust our trailer repairs with.

Excellent to have great phone info given, polite and helpful front staff and they appear to be well stocked with parts.

We took our camper in to be repaired and picked it up last week.The work was done and completed very efficiently and professionally.Ian the you man who carried out the repair kept us informed each step with of the way. Answered all our questions and explained thoroughly what was needed along with how he repaired the problems. He finished off with instructions as to what we needed to do to maintain our camper in good shape. I recently did a little bit of work for this RV shop installing some flooring for one of their customers. Not only were they great to work with, but they also paid me promptly, and they had a really great attitude and good work ethic. I could tell that they really cared about their customers, R.Vs that they service.
