I have a appointment today was late by 10 min and didn’t ready to take me in . You go any where u get a window of 10 -15 min but this place is getting it bad day by day I ask them to show where it is written this . Even they do not have any sign posted on location about this policy of being late for 10 min and they cancel the appointment . I will let my doctor know do not sent any one to this place . Because some time you can be late . Never be back again and keep like this one more location will get close already u guys close one location near parkdale soon it will be one more .

The technologist was really kind, and this is my new favourite imaging place. I came in for an X-ray series right near the end of the day, because I work a weird schedule, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in even though they were packing up. Highly recommend. :3

Never on time. Everytime I book with them I end up waiting 20 mins if not more in the waiting area. Don't book a time if you can’t get me in. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that they force you to wear a mask!

The technicians are very knowledgeable and kind, and thorough.My issue is with reception. They seem highly unorganized and uninformed.I was called on the morning of my appointment day to remind me of an appointment later on in the week. ( you would think they would have recognized the name and wold gain conformation at my current appointment..)They will make you an appointment for 10am. But arrive 10 minutes early". Ok

The lady at reception is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in Healthcare. In no way should she be dealing with patients. I arrived 10 minutes late, and called prior to let them know I had an emergency she hung up on me mid way. I took a day off for a prenatal ultrasound, drove there and was told it cannot be done. Did not offer any suggestions, did not offer to help or try to squeeze me in. I could not rebook as I was within the window for my weeks. Spoke down to me in a rude manner. Will never book again with this site.

Went to the Nebo location and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. Someone from the location called me to change the appointment and I went with the change - they did not send a confirmation text, but I thought nothing of it. The day of the new appointment, I called to say my son was on his way for his ultrasound and I'd be meeting him there, I was told that he had missed his appointment (the original that had been booked). I was dumbfounded and said that I received a phone call to change it, and the conversation went in circles with no acknowledgement that they had made an error- so I asked if they could squeeze him in. He's a young teen and was already anxious for being there to begin with. He has a lump on his shoulder and it's worrisome for obvious reasons. She was adamant that I made a mistake, was adamant that I had missed the appointment, refused to have a shred of empathy, or even suggest the next available appointment.When I got there, my son was waiting, and mentioned that another receptionist took his name and rudely said by the way

I had another wonderful experience getting an ultrasound and x-rays here yesterday. Don't believe the negative reviews. This is my go to place for ultrasounds and x-rays. They are hands down the fastest place to get an appt.The front desk was friendly, and I walked right in. The building is clean and the technicians are great with a positive attitude. People need to stop complaining, or they'll end up closing places like this and we're back to waiting at hospitals for weeks on end.

The ultrasound appointment itself was fine and the technician was friendly. However, my experience with the receptionist today was incredibly unprofessional, she was belligerent and not at all interested in my attempt to clarify a misunderstanding.I returned her call after she left a message to book an appointment for an ultrasound. However, I had the ultrasound done at that very location (Nebo Rd) just last week - and both myself and my doctor's office had been trying to contact them for the results ahead of my physiotherapy appointment tomorrow. I had been told they would be sent to my doctor within 2 business days, today was 6 business days after the ultrasound.The receptionist was adamant that she was calling to book an appointment because she had apparently just received the requisition and she was unbelievably rude! UPDATE:to make matters worse, I finally got an ultrasound with a different clinic. The receptionist told me they faxed over my requisition form to the new clinic on Friday. Sure enough THEY DID NOT FAX IT. Not only that, but they got rid of it. Now I’m scrambling to call my doctor office which opens 10 minutes before my exam. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! You will not get your appointment and they will cancel on you the day of. I have now been waiting 3 months for my 18-20 week anatomy scan, a CRUCIAL pregnancy scan. It was originally supposed to be done 3 weeks ago but they cancelled the day of. Sure enough, they just cancelled my rescheduled appointment today too. Obviously there’s no where else I can get in on a Friday and everywhere is booking into February now. Medical appointments are a joke to them. I will be 26 weeks by the time I even get an appointment. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money!!! I’ve lost nearly 1k in wages from booking off days for this appointment that they keep cancelling. I hope this ultrasound tech finds an industry more suited to their lack of empathy and desire to do the work they signed up for.
