One of the worst places you could buy your furnitures from, we bought two sofas from this place worth of 4000$ and after only a year the foam inside the cushions became like a piece of paper, it almost felt like sitting on the floor, we called customer service and they refused to cover that under the warranty and they said we have to pay for that. Worst quality, worst customer service worst furniture store ever.

Ordered a dishwasher in Feb 2021, still haven’t been delivered 10 months later. Other 5 appliances were delivered, but the range hood came with missing parts. Requested the manager to give me parts from the floor model, but he refused. Spent $9500, but have a bitter feeling.If you think going to this store will give you better service than other stores, you are mistaken.

Absolute nightmare of a place!They rush you to buy their expensive furniture, and you do, believing you’re paying for quality.Our king size bed frame was defected and non of the standard king size mattresses we tried would fit correctly. We had big gaps on the sides of the bed.We called and asked for a return since the item was defected they declined right away so we were stuck with it.3 years later the bed broke due to a missing screw during installation (which they did).Called and asked for solution they said they will send us the parts.We have been waiting for those parts for almost a year now !!

Buying from this store has so far been the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. I bought an Asko dishwasher which arrived with 2 manufacturing defects. It's frustrating but these things happen. But the real tragedy has been JC Perreault's after sale service. For example, I've been promised a call from a technician within 48H.....and thats been 1.5 to 2 weeks ago. I've tried calling/emailing my sales rep.....but now he takes many days to get back to me (if at all) only to say that he re forwarded my email to tech". And the cherry on the sundae: I emailed their Contact center (ie customer service / complaints) and it's been 3 days with no response! Looks like I'll have to get the Office de protection du Consommateur involved."

If you want to be lied to about delivery dates this is the place to go! We ordered our JennAir appliances in Oct 2021 with the assurance that we would have them by July 2022. July came and went and then some appliances were delivered in the fall and winter. We are now being told our last appliance (fridge/freezer) will be delivered in August of 2023. Apparently they are too small a retailer and other stores are receiving inventory before them. Honestly, this was a terrible experience

customers beware: the worst home furnishing store you can shop. I bought an expensive Natuzzi salon and I received it with manufacturing and quality defects and for them it is absolutely normal. the worst after sales service anyone can have. they get rid of their customers once they have made the transaction no matter how happy the customers are. too disappointed with their service and management. it's just a show off store.

Good experience with the Sales team.Bad experience with the transport company hired by JC Perreault, who scratched my wood floor very bad, no support from JCP customer service to fix this issue. Waiting many months with no follow up from their site, they tried to offer me very few money to resolve this issue by myself. Not happy at all with this attitude. I just want to buy furniture and at the end it is turned into a nightmare with my new wood floor.

Very different experience with the purchase of a barbecue than with my past purchases. We bought a floor model. Took half an hour to get the model number and price to match in the computer. Of course the wrong model was delivered. And both the floor clerk and manager kept insisting the model delivered was what was invoiced. Neither took responsibility for it not being what had been on the floor! The only acknowledgment they made was that they delivered a natural gas model instead of propane. But hadn’t the floor model been propane? Mistakes happen but when a store doesn’t stand by its mistake they lose my business. Too bad JC. Not seeing us again.

Unbelievable how a reputable furniture store like JCperrault can afford to hire unprofessional, and crooked technicians.The after sale number sent us a technician by the name of Mohammed, who completely lied and twisted everything he said to us v.s.his report to the company.We had to constantly call the store because of missing pieces to our couch, after months of waiting he finally comes and we show him other defects in the couch. He leaves without fixing the initial problem, and tells us there is a major problem that needs to be addressed to JCperrault asap. Still havent heard from him, we call JCperrault and apparently the technician reported no defects to the couches and too bad, we are no longer covered. While we have been constantly running after you to get a proper after service!!! The agent we spoke to from Quebec city was kind enough to help us redirect our issue to the person in charge of our file (still waiting) and gave us Mohammed’s number so we can also find out what’s going on and why he didnt do his job right! He started screaming over the phone because we called him, and calling my mother a liar about how she got his phone number and hung up the phone in her face! What kind of customer service is this? I will never step foot or bring business to that place ever again. Not worth the headaches or your money!!!!
