I was super happy with the help from Cameron. He was the only person who found the issue was with the plan and not the phone. He called multiple support teams to figure out that issue. I give him 5 stars and bell negative 5. I’ve been having issues with my PTT on the device. All the Agent’s I’ve dealt with on the phone and live chat were no help at all.. it’s been a week now and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. Worst service provider ever; when they promote PTT plans but don’t know how to work it.. most Agent’s I’ve dealt with aren’t familiar with PTT.. finally today an agent from the tech support finally submitted a form to have my case escalated.. it took a week.. I got my phone on Jan 12th and to have the case escalated (Jan 18th) because it required a code for activation of some sort.. is unacceptable .. I would not recommend Bell for PTT. Still waiting on that phone call.. sigh

The guys there today were so helpful and so nice. I generally don't like technology and they made getting a new phone painless and really easy. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to upgrade or switch over !
