I recently moved to Exeter and I know absolutely no one in the city.After a quick Google search, I called Les to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced as it was VERY cracked. He ordered the replacement for me and called me the next day when it came in to make an appointment. He greeted me like an old friend, made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car with him, carefully explained all the details of what he needed to fix (as the people who did a previous replacement on my car had messed it up royally), and took the time to explain some details that I was confused about. He was very friendly and professional, I felt very comfortable asking him questions, and his garage/work area was very clean and organized.I would 100% recommend anyone go to Les with their windshield issues.

Les was great to work with! He ordered me a new windshield and installed it all within a few days. He also was very informative about the next steps I needed to take with having it recalibrated and all the information needed to submit to insurance! Highly recommend.

Les MacDonald Installations was a pleasure to work with. This was my first windshield replacement and Les walked me through the paperwork and insurance claims so very easily because he does 99% of the work. From the time of arrival to leaving was approximately an hour. He and his employee worked as a team to make this a great experience. I drove about 45 minutes to get there but he offered to come to my home to replace the windshield with his Home Delivery Service. His prices are the best.
