Dreadful service, my wife went into pay for a policy for the year (we just like to pay up for the year…) and she was treated rudely, for no reason by the front desk… like for no reason whatsoever.When I called to speak to a supervisor (yah I know), she was worse! Insurance agents are a dime a dozen, we found another who was very professional just by google and in the first try.Don’t waste your time when you don’t need to. Just google a reputable and recognizable firm.

I’ve had such a great experience with BrokerLink Barrie. They’ve provided great service to me and have always shown patience and kindness when I’ve had to contact them regarding any issue. Thank you BrokerLink Barrie for your wonderful service.

Why should their mistake cost me money ? For a year i tried to sort out skidoos that were insured when i was wanting a quote on. I get a call.a month later , oh we finally got skidoos insured , a month ago. I said what? NO cancel the one decided keeping other covered. At the end of skidoo season? Well right after i was after a credit. Invoices are never clear. Aparently i got a credit but ,,, was charged to cancel after sled was covered a month? A year of trying to get to bottom of it wanting credit . im then being sent important notice on a $35 amount owing from the last year? I tried sorting the charge for canceling a policy i didnt accept for a year. Wanted quote on house. It never came months later. Cant set up paying by etransfir. To confusing.Delt with stevenson for 30 yrs. Im now fazing out now its borderlink. Going elsewhere. Commercial policys , home and rec vehicles.You cant get through to anyone. No one answers. Extention numbers gives you the east or west coast. Try calling to speak to a real person. You cant. To many frustrations trying to get in touch with who ever is managing youre account. Any and everyone does. You dont get a personal broker. Good by.EditJust canceled 2 policys. Didnt go with a house policy they worked on.Glad to pay a little more elsewhere then deal with grief.Edit 2 After borkerlinks reply,. Do you people think brokerlink will pass this on and take care of their mistake? My guess , not a chance. They dont care and wont care about you either !

With the retirement of our previous insurance agent who we had happily dealt with for over 25 years, we are very pleased to say the Barrie BrokerLink location has provided an extremely smooth transition. Specifically, Henry Valdes and his assistant, Beatriz have exceeded our expectations for all our commercial insurance requirements. Henry provides expertise, openness and, trustworthy and timely communication, which have been greatly appreciated by everyone within our company. We highly recommend him and his BrokerLink team.

*This review is specifically for the Barrie location, and not BrokerLink as a whole*. I’ve only had wonderfully pleasant experiences with other BrokerLink locations/Brokers.Pros: •Responds to emails, •Answers the phonesCons: •Yells/shouts into the phone (warning for those with sensory issues), •Forgets to insert important attachments to emails •Blames clerical/tech errors on clients, •Refuses to allow clients to make payments after unjustly cancelling policies in which the account# no longer exists •Refuses 100% accountability for all of the above by wrongfully charging an absurd amount to clients.This location in Barrie Ontario was something uniquely awful in which I’ve not encountered before with any other company, corporation and/or business via phone call.Our family happily went into debt to pay the obnoxiously unjust outstanding balance charged to us for a mistake we didn’t make, despite finding + offering proof of the small and easily amendable error made by this location. We chose our peace, sanity and energy reserve for our suffering loved one in palliative care and for ourselves to mourn another loss.Trying to accomplish anything positive or helpful doesn’t seem to be in the interest of this specific BrokerLink location.

whenever i go to their office it has been an enjoyable experience since it is a brick n mortar office with real people to talk to a major plus if i might say so

I dealt with Robin, and she was great. Unfortunately, Robin forgot to fill out a form that led to a lot of tension between me and the dealership. I took time off work to pick up the car, which then I wasn't able to. This also means i have to pay for insurance that I'm unable to use and unable to be compensated for. I would let this slide, but if I made a mistake, an insurance company would charge a fee or slash my credit score.Update - When I went to cancel my insurance, they told me they would be taking the money from my account even though I won't have insurance with them. This is absolutely disgusting.

I have had great service with the Barrie location. I have been with Brokerlink for many years, any questions that I have are answered quickly and professionally. I have both personal experience and business experience. Kelly and her team have gone above and beyond to help with any issues we have had. I would recommend this team to anyone

Took two and a half weeks to find out one of my basic construction companies couldn’t be insured. Called competitor after and received same day quote and coverage. Do not recommend.
