The owners of this mall are terrible to deal with... very self centred and ignorant about parking on private property" at a public mall.... no concern for the community just themselves and their gains.... will never shop there again. Didnt know cold lake folks were like this.Owner: no need to rebutte this as you are a joke to deal with

Clean, warm, quiet shopping primarily for clothing stores (as there are 4) also a pharmacy, grocery store, nail salon, barbershop, and cannabis dispenser onsite. Couple eateries in the food court.

Has most of what you'd need. It'll get you your shopping fix, but not much else. Wouldn't call it a mall lol

Need to lower there rental rates for space so shops can afford to stay open and then mabe the customer base will grow. But right now it's not a place to hang or anything

It's ok, not a huge interest in the businesses there. I mainly go there for grocery shopping at Sobeys.

Tri-City Mall is a decent little Mall. With a few Clothing Stores, a Barber, and a Drugstore it does well enough. It could use a few more Stores as there are several areas with no Renters. Also the Food Court suffers the same fate.

The best thing about this rat hole mall is the very nice lady with the long dark hair that works in Fire and Flower. Seriously the worst stocked winners I've ever come out of empty handed. That just doesn't happen. There is always something. Not at this one.. 0/10 skip winners for sure. It is nice to not smell that horrible nail salon stench anymore though.

Not bad overall, the building is starting to look old, but quite pricey so I just get only what's needed.The Chinese food is not bad in food court.
