This is a great place for watch repair!We had a pocket-watch that hadn't worked for several years, even after changing the battery and another maintenance attempt. Found the Fixery through online reviews, and it stood up to its reputation.The gentleman I worked with was welcoming and knowledgeable. He did an initial diagnosis of the problems while I waited, and then gave me a price quote & time estimate.The price was more than reasonable, with a turn-around of one week. Diagnosis, a new battery, repair, and cleaning for ~60$. They also guaranteed the repair for 6-months, which is nice reassurance.My spouse was overjoyed to have the pocket-watch working again in time for his birthday.Thank you, Mark, for the excellent service!

I'm grateful there is still a place like the Fixery. They are upfront about prices, very knowledgeable, and were able to return my watch to me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend a visit if you are sitting on any watch or clock repair and unsure about how to proceed.

Needed some debris removed from my watch face. Guy did it in 2 minutes for super cheap. Definitely will be back for actual repairs when I need them.

I got batteries replaced on two of my wrist watches here. It was quick and easy. The guy at the counter was very friendly and did the job in 5 minutes. This is a very cool shop, there was something calm about the atmosphere. Currently they only allow two customers at a time. They also have some temporary seating outside to accommodate customers waiting outside. Overall had a great experience.

Hello, sorry about the thrift store mix-up in the previous review (that I deleted)I am the guy from Florida with the blue watch that needed links taken out, and a new battery. 2 Hours later at the airport the pin you replaced in the band gave way, and the watch fell off of my arm.

I got a watch as a gift that needed fixing. The crown snapped off and the hands weren't keeping up with the time. I went to the closest watch repair place and they charged WAY too much for a job that would (according to their ad) take 3-4 weeks to complete.I went to The Fixery across the street and the difference was incredible. Not only was the quote FAR more reasonable, but it also only took a few days to get the job done. Mark Wilsey, the shop's owner and operator, was friendly, honest, and clearly skilled in his craft. If you have a watch in need of repair and live close to the Highland Park area, I couldn't recommend The Fixery more highly.
