Scott and his team are awesome.My mum is 100 and nearly deaf, she somehow breaks the tube on her hearing aids so I've had to make several emergency visits. My mum won't travel out so Scott has to work on them without her there to fit or adjust. Scott always takes time to repair or adjust them and is clearly compassionate about peoples hearing condition.I highly recommend this Beltone location.

All of these 5 star reviews are not kidding, this place is great. Scott and his team really understand hearing loss and they pay attention to your needs. They discovered that an oddly shaped ear canal was making it harder for the hearing aids to work properly, so they reshaped the hearing aid -- and now they work much better! How has nobody else noticed this, in twenty years? They're not just selling hearing aids, they really want to make your life better. Do yourself a favor, and put your head in their hands. :-)

My experience with Scott Hyde and his staff has consistently been superior. I recommend him to everyone I know. I have super sensitive ears and Scott has gone above and beyond to have his product meet my needs. All the while, sincerely being warm and caring. I have been seeing Scott for almost ten years now and trust him completely .

Had an appointment to have my new hearing aid follow up. I was having an issue with my left hearing aid. Jennifer cleaned and checked my hearing aids and there was an issue with the Left one. She set me up with a loner and will send it off for repair. Great service.
