Today visited this store to have our family lunch. Very good ambience and friendly staff. it was not that peak when we visited there today. However, it was quick delivery, ordered for spicy and non spicy chicken . Unfortunately the chickens were over cooked, fully oil as it was not drained well and salt proportion was wrong. Fries was like burned. We do expect more quality food from Popeyes brand . Hope they will consider these areas to improve the quality of their chicken recipie.

I am vegetarian and I wasn’t aware about the Popoyes poutine has a chicken in it. I ordered a poutine and as soon as I opened the box I asked the cashier that this has a chicken in it. She asked me to throw it in the garbage. So I was expecting her to give a refund back. But instead she offer regular fries. Which is not a same cost as poutine. When I asked for money back. She said I am basically doing a favour to you otherwise we are not responsible for anything and I can’t give you a refund. As arguing for 5-6 mins she gave me medium fries but not the refund. I was forced to take a fries which was fried in the same oil with chicken. I opened a box for fries it was full of oil. Worst customer service and disgusting food.

I like the ghost Pepper sandwich and wings as well, boneless chicken is so yummy and juicy. Drippings options makes a different experience with the tenders. I love this place.

Chicken was good but common problem with this location is missing items. No sides. Ordered mashed amd side gravy, was given neither. Ordered through skip so nothing there. No answer to phone call.

I over heard them saying the fires were yesterday and i asked them point blank are this fresh fries and without blinking said yes.I didnt want to make a fuss about it so i didn’t say i over heard them.And yes fries were not fresh not even close

This is the worst fried chicken I ever had. I came in the night and ordered a 20 pc meal, when I got home the chicken was full of oil and cold and I was missing 2 Pieces. Also the fries where cold as well and over cooked, for the very high price I paid I was totally unhappy with the order, I tried to call back but they were closed..This place must be run by packies that have no idea what they are doing.I WANT A FULL MEAL REPLACEMENT CREDIT. IF I EVER DECIDE TO GIVE YOUR RESTAURANT ANOTHER TRY

I don't know why but their fries are the best I've ever had! As a chicken joint, their chicken is not exceeding my expectation but the fries are remarkable. I'm living in Paris but go there only for it to be honest. Always eat it all in the car with my wife. :) Thanks a lot.

I just loved the blackened chicken sandwich and ghost pepper wings most. The place is clean and pleasant for dine in for family.
