Went for an oil change. Waited under 5 mins to pull into the bay. Knowledgable, friendly and fast service and they didn't try to upsell anything. I appreciate that.

The service was good and fast. and they were very friendly. however when checking my tire pressure they went off what my door says. This would be find if i had the same tires that came from the manufacturer. I Do not and there for the tire pressure on the inside of my door is not what the tires i have call for. I did not realize this is what he was doing until much later and by that point i had already gone on a road trip. i am now having to replace two tires sooner then i should have to.

Impact wrench was used on my oil pan lug. Threads were completely stripped I went to do an oil change after Jiffy Lube last changed the oil. JL, train your crew to know better, t'was an amateur mistake that costed me a lot more than an oil change elsewhere.

Very expensive, quoted $65 for putting my own oil and filter into my car.Ended up going to another shop who quoted $42 for everything. I hope Jiffy lube learned from this and will treat their customers like the other oil change company I went to. I may be in a wheelchair now but during my career as a automotive tech I know a lot of people whom I'll send to the other shop.This other shop went further above and beyond by filling up several fluids and more for free. I cannot name that other company here but I believe they are the best CANADIAN company that does OIL changes.

Service was quick, friendly, non pushy with upsells. Loved it. Did not hear staff complain about weather, or slush dripping from vehicles. Was in and out in approx 20 minutes. Put air in my tires as I hadn't noticed they were low. Topped up coolant, gave options for oil. 10/10 wiuld bring my cars here again.

Received a synthetic oil change .Took about 10 min.Very polite did the job quickly and as promised.Didnt bug me to buy more things.Just a proper oil change with the proper checks.As a women I appreciate honest polite proffessional service when my truck needs work.Thankyou
