Front desk are fine and friendly, although seem hectic and overwhelmed. Dr Siddha himself makes the patient feel like an inconvenience. Rushed and barely interested. Couldnt care less about my questions and concerns. Literally hanging half way out the door while I'm trying to ask questions and clarify his diagnosis. On top of that, he mostly told me to ask other doctors my question because he didn't have an answer. Yet another useless doctor, more worried about going home early than his patients.

I must say I was hesitant at first about Clear Skin Dermatology due to the bad reviews. But after my appointments I feel compelled to write a review about my experience with Dr. Siddha and his staff because they have been fantastic. I have been to the clinic on three separate occasions and every single time was a great experience. Very little wait time. The nursing staff are some of the kindest people I've come across at a specialists office. My hope with this review is for people to know that it is a really great clinic. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable. I also feel like many people mistreat workers in the healthcare system and have unrealistic expectations. I guarantee if you greet someone with kindness you will receive it back. I have a lot of compassion for healthcare workers. I would highly recommend Clear Skin Dermatology!

I finished my follow-up for a mole excision biopsy today. Dr. Siddha doesn't deserves all of the negative reviews here. At my first appointment, he answered my questions, discussed the procedure, and I was out of there in a relatively short amount of time. I almost didn't go the first time because of the reviews, but happy enough with the service overall.

Absolutely disgusting clinic! Was referred a few months ago by my family doctor and called for an appointment which was today. Upon entering office with referral was clearly told that the dermatologist would not see me as my referral mentioned an issue on my neck vs my nose. Absolutely disregard for my health and well being especially given the fact that they know and were told again that skin cancer runs in my family! I do not know how a doctor and his staff can practice like this in Canada and get away with it. I will be formalizing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Siddha treated me this year for a very bad case of milia around my eyes (hundreds of tiny white bumps under the skin). I am really happy with Dr. Siddha approach, and the execution of the procedure. After three sessions, there are very few bumps left that are so tinny that cannot be noticed. I probably have a genetical condition, and some of milia might come back in time, but I am happy that Dr. Siddha can help me if I will need to treat milia again.

Just left this clinic. I have actual skin cancer which was not removed fully at a previous appointment elsewhere. Upon inspection, the assistant (with him in the room) walked me through a $700 full face treatment that sounded more like a skin aesthetic treatment that’s meant to deal with sun exposure. Only after I asked more questions did he mention that it was only 90% effective. When I asked him what he’d recommend to his son or daughter, then he said that you should do the surgery. So had I not asked that question, I’d be getting a service that was in his best interest not mine.The good was it was fast: appointment in under 2 weeks and the people were nice. If you go, ask all the questions and be thorough.

Had a not very favourable experience here. I was sent here because of a possible carcinoma after having a bad experience with my previous doctor. I had a hard time understanding what was happening in my appointment. I was told I was given a false diagnosis by my previous doctor due to a test I had done in the past on another spot. He told me that this test was already done and my diagnosis was incorrect. So I asked him to do the test again because that’s not the information I was given and I wanted a second opinion since it’s possible that the result he had was for a different spot I had tested. I felt like no one cared about my concerns. Then after my appointment I had to leave due to a work call and they called me 6 or 7 times in a row I was thinking it was my test results and was very concerned..and it was just to charge me for the appointment. I would of expected more consideration from a doctor. I have had so many bad experiences with doctors in Canada and lack of empathy for patient's though so I’m not surprised .

How is it even legal for this guy to be practicing as a dermatologist??? His assistant spent more time trying to sell me skin products that you can buy off of Shoppers/Amazon than Dr. Siddha did actually examining my condition. Barely gave a look, other than shining a flashlight at my skin. Very clear with his team’s efforts to sell you on products, and his lack of attention to patients, that Dr. Siddha is in it for the money. Would give zero stars if I could.

Today was my first time at this office. Within 30 minutes of my appointment I had my mole examined and removed. Very pleased with this service!

Based on all the reviews I'm seeing that I should have checked his reviews before going to his clinic. I did a procedure with him ( a mole extraction) was okay. And I made a mistake to do a Botox application with him. Very expensive and made no difference after all. At the end I'm out of $500. Do not recommend this doctor to anybody.
