We’ve enjoyed the charcuterie here a few times and are never disappointed. Andy and Troy work hard to make every board into the gastronomic experience you’re craving. If you love cheese, great cured meats, fruits, nuts, pates and jelly all professionally paired and plated then give this place a try!

Their speak easy" or whatever they call it is insanely overpriced. We ordered the basic charcuterie board which was still $30 per person and offered nothing you can't buy yourself at Fortinos (blue cheese

Visited Feb.25/23 and enjoyed listening to Marshall Dane and ate the amazing charcuterie. Atmosphere is great, too bad more people don’t know about this place!! The entertainment Thurs-Sat is awesome !! It’s a hidden gem

It was our first time at the block co they hosted a comedy night and it was awesome! Very cool atmosphere. We ordered some drinks and of course their charcuterie. Staff was great! Definitely a cool hang out. Thanks guys!!

If you’re a charcuterie fan and love trying new flavours then you need to test drive this place. There is a definite culinary art to preparing a board and this place hits it bang on. Drop off your board, wander back a couple hours later and there you have it, a work of art. Not sure it can get any easier or any tastier than this. They’re not just about food, they’re about experience and they don’t disappoint. Well done gentlemen!

Make reservations for Friday or Saturday in the Edison room. Small venue, maybe only 30 people, but live music is great. Order at the bar and they will bring it to you. Not really table service. You can choose your own cheese/meat for your board or just ask them to make you one based on your tastes. Selection of wine/craft beer/whiskey.

Great place right in the heart of Burlington. Would usually stop for some nice selection of charcuterie and cheeses, but now they also have a revamped area with a nice bar area with beer and wine selection. Stop in and sample a nice charcuterie board (just look at the pictures)... then you can take home what you like. We spent a few hours there just enjoying the food and conversation with the owner and staff. Great service. They also have original boards and stuff for sale... Will obviously go back...

This was my first visit to The Block CO and I absolutely loved it! We ordered a wonderful charcuterie board and great beer. This place is unique, with a great atmosphere and friendly vibe. You can stay for hours with your friends and feel like you are in the living room of your own home. The combination of wonderful fine meats, cheese, wines and beers + the music + the art + the vintage furniture make this place like no other in the area. The owner is really nice and made us feel very welcome. Just a hidden gem in Burlington's downtown you need to discover.
