Every time I'm on 4th, I visit Miz Mooz because the quality of shoes and style are amazing, not to mention their super friendly staff. My sister recently dropped by your store in search of some work shoes. She was so impressed by the service that the staff provided, that she raved about it to everyone. Thanks for assisting my sister, she was feeling a bit down, but she was happy to walk out with two shiny pairs of shoes and a smile on her face. I can't wait to visit this store again for some summer shoes.

Cute shoes, wide selection, and surprisingly high amount of small sizes (which I shouldn’t mention since they will now probably sell out sooner). The main reason for this review, however, is the stellar service by Taylor. No matter how busy or how demanding the customers, she is always smiling, kind, and goes out of her way to be helpful. This is why I will continue to happily shop here and support local businesses. Thank you!

Nice store. The staff were very quick to offer assistance and advice to help my fiance find a pair of shoes. They were quick to check inventory at their other locations for sizes and colors they didn't have in stock.

Great quality shoes here. Soft buttery leather and lovely designs and the prices are very fair especially on sale. The staff are very helpful but try to go earlier in the day so they have more energy. Just touch those buttery shoes and you'll fall in love.

Charlie was so helpful and patient with me, promptly getting me sizes and giving me advice during my 2 hour visit! She even went to their sister store to grab me a size, and was so genuinely pleasant and kind. Thanks for helping me find some great fitting sandals!

The best place for boots and shoes! I called about their Olangs and Mia was so helpful on the phone I decided to check out Miz Mooz in person. So glad I did. Great selection of brands including Olang & Vionics, which my feet fell in love with. The perfect fit and they were on sale. Wonderful customer service from Mia and Jody. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer (they have already received some of their new spring/summer stock). Great shoe stores like Miz Mooz Boutique make it easy to support local businesses.

Great selection, very good prices on sale items. Maria helped me find the perfect boots; she spent a fair bit of time making sure the fit was good and discussing their care with me. Incredibly happy with my find, and I'll definitely go back!

I went to make a return this morning and was made to feel super uncomfortable. The employee was very short and cold towards me. I was up front with the fact that I was unsure about the shoes when I purchased them yesterday, so when I came back I was not expecting such a passive aggressive tone. I greeted her and said I'd like to make a return and she says Why?". I say the reason and the entire time she doesn't look up at me and proceeds with the return. She does it and then says "Bye" and walks away until she realizes she needs my signature. No please or excuse me

recently bought a pair of gorgeous boots here: it has been my go to place for nice shoes for a while now due to their great selection and very helpful staff. My new boots got a very small scruff mark after I wore them out for the first time, so I went to the store to see if there was anything they could do. It was a tiny scruff mark at the tip and the leather hadn't come off; it was just a tiny dangling piece slightly bigger than a pin head. I acted fast after noticing the mark becuase I love my shoes and take good care of them, so once i noticed the small mark I took them off immediately and put them aside for some care. Anyway, I made it clear at the store that I was not looking to return or exchange them, but was hoping they would help resolve the issue. Honestly, I was expecting that maybe they would send it to a repair shop, or really anything to demonstrate they stood behind the quality of their footware, even contributing a small amount to help repair the shoe. One of the owners was there, and she kept repeating obviously you've worn them out; we can't take them back" despite me starting off by telling her that I had worn them out and I wasn't there for a refund. While inspecting the boot
