Just called to order Roses the lady had no idea about prices or delivery times really did not want to take an order told me go online. I said thanks but you don’t seem to know what you’re doing. Went elsewhere

I ordered flowers for a funeral, inquired and requested that the arrangement be a decently medium size. Was told to upgrade from the standard size and was promised it was going to be a bigger fair size that I was requesting. Was disappointed when I saw the arrangement in person, the size small and was not worth the value that I paid. Will not be ordering from here again.

Lin was WONDERFUL! she was so sweet over the phone and gave me some wonderful ideas. I had never purchased flowers before so I didn't even know what to ask for. After telling her what the bouquet was for I trusted her to create something beautiful and she went beyond all my expectations. Thank you Lin!!Update - Lin to the rescue again! A dear friend suffered a family loss overnight so I called Lin first thing this morning and asked if there was any way I could have a small bouquet ready for pick-up asap. She was so accomodating and had the bouquet ready in 15 minutes ready for me to pick it up. Based on my previous experience I trusted her to pick the flowers and she created a GORGEOUS arrangement. Thank you again Lin! ❤️

I would NOT recommend dealing with this florist! I ordered flowers for an anniversary and they were never delivered. I had to contact customer service about this issue and they returned my call 2 days later only to cancel my order. They did not offer me a solution, refund or even an apology. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone dealing with a customer service rep and a manager with no resolution. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I was provided.
