Very bad experience here.!.The head woman in the nanaimo branch was WAY to busy to take on new clients.We were talking with her for over 1 month and she still has not gotten back to us about any travel details. This agent seems like she is to busy and has still left us in the dark.1 out of 10 for customer service.We are looking elsewhere now
