I received exceptional customer service after placing an online order. I had a special request and the owner, Mariah, was so obliging and helpful. We conversed several times over e-mail and despite my many (annoying, I’m sure) questions she was always so kind and helpful. She even provided free shipping although my order total was slightly short. My package arrived quickly and had a sweet thank you note enclosed. I love all of my “goodies” that I ordered. I can’t say enough great things about Mariah and her lovely store.

Cutest yarn shop in Toronto! Has a huge selection of yarn and awesome colours to choose from. The owner is always super helpful with giving insight when I ask what yarn types I should use for different projects and has samples on hand for me to visualize the yarn when it comes together. Definitely recommend!

She's small but mighty!Made a trip from afar especially to checkout Good Grief. Shop carries an excellent selection of budget yarns and notions, but also some sweet and uncommon products that were fun to browse (and touch)!Picked up several new yarns to try as well as enough for a full project.

Yes, we have the same name LOLThe thing I love about Mariah's shop the most is she provides the most informative shopping experience out of any yarn shop I've been to with LOTS of samples of the yarn she carries (as well as helpful advice). And I think it's super cool if people want to buy a knit item she's already made!Mariah, you're killing it and hope you have all the success with your new shop <3

I ordered online and had the easiest, smoothest and quickest service ever! The website was easy to navigate and holds extensive stock. The owner went out of her way to help me out via email and ensure that I was happy with my order! I will absolutely be shopping there again and hope to even do it in person one day!

I ordered online and was very happy with the personalized customer service and the timeliness of my order being shipped. Despite being 6 balls of yarn plus needles, the package was small, saving on postage which is amazing.Also, big fan of selling secondhand tools!! Totally brilliant

Very pleased with the service and my order came within a few days. I purchased the NBK for my Zweig by Caitlin Hunter in the colourway Sullen and Velour. I can't take my eyes off of them they're so gorgeous.
