Went in and at first looked a bit boogie and pretentious, but the food was great. Simple, delicious, good portions and not overly expensive. Staff was wonderful. Good vegetarian options.

Located in Bromont at the intersection of Bromont & Shefford with the ski hill insight, L'Etrier is a small-ish, quaint bistro sevring a traditional offering of breakfast options: eggs benedict, french toast and the like.We had Smoked Salmon Benedict (tasty) and Waffle with Eggs (good but the waffles were very dry and surprisingly flakey).The service is good. The ambiance is modern-ish with lots of natural light...and they have an outdoor terrace to take in the warm weather during the summer months. Enjoy!

Was so excited to try the restaurant. Drinks were great, good choice for cocktails and the wine menu, I appreciated they gave a recommendation to pair the meal. Tasty menu and really appreciated the vege pasta plate I had, although that should not be part of a main dish as their quantities were so small I was still hungry after I left.

Amazing selection! The meals were delicious, we had the cannelloni, salmon, duck confit, and the crab cakes. We will definitely be back.

Soooo good & such amazing service. Food was really amazing, so many flavours. You can tell this restaurant puts a lot of thought into the little details, from the little sugar tongs, free taster treats to the hand towels in the washrooms. My meal was not something I would normally ever try- poached egg with vege-pate, chilli and cheddar but it was to die for!! I was really impressed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in from Montreal :)

Fantastic meal, super professional service and we just love the boudin. The decor os also lovely. Our favorite resto in the area.
