I heard many great things about this place so I took my dog twice. From the moment I walked in, I could tell every puppy was unhappy. Lots of whimpering and crying. Heard the groomer in the back yelling at the dog she was grooming.My pup received a great haircut BUT when I walked in to get her, I was asked if she was a puppy because she was so misbehaved! I have a gentle loving havanese who loves people, so this tells me she was not treated well. I was hoping the second time I went would be better but it was not. Every dog in there was howling and my dog was super traumatized from the whole ordeal. My dog is 5 years old and definitely not a puppy! My thought is, if the lady cannot handle dogs - she is in the wrong profession! Extremely disappointed with the treatment of animals here and will be returning to Dazzling Dogs where the dogs run free and aren’t super stressed upon pickup and drop off.Avoid if you care about the way your animal is treated.

I have been taking my dog there for about a year. Tina has been great with her and she always comes back looking fantastic! Highly recommend.

Tina is amazing and always gets my labradoodle looking beautiful. The drop in nail trim service between grooms is so convenient too.

Only ever gotten my dogs nails done there, but very good job and staff is always friendly!

Andrew is like a dog whisperer! My guy hates getting his nails trimmed but Andrew somehow managed to trim them all in just a short amount of time. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you, Andrew!

They always do such a great job! My bigger older girl Tilly is high anxiety and loud but they always make her look so beautiful and are patient with her and my younger smaller dog Jazzy always looks so adorable with a few bows in her hair. Highly recommend and their prices are amazing! All the groomers are great here. I also love this place because they start on the dogs as soon as they are dropped off for their appointment and we are contacted as soon as they are done, for my bigger older girl the less time at the groomers the better, where as other places we have tried would make you drop the dogs off at 8am and you never knew how long they would be and sometimes they would be at the groomers for 4-5 hours because they spent half that time sitting in the kennel.

Wow - this was my first time bringing my two dogs to Twisted Whiskers and Andrew did an amazing job. My dogs aren’t the easiest to groom either. One is a puppy and this is only her second grooming but she has high maintenance hair and my other is a large bernedoodle that has issues with having his nails clipped, because he is so large and strong and has a dislike of the nail trimming most groomers choose not to do it and even the vet chooses not to do it unless he has taken anxiety medications. Because Andrew was patient with him and gave him a break when he needed it he was able to get them done. There is definitely a reason they have great reviews and those with anxious animals choose to come here. He did a fantastic clean job cutting their hair and absolute best of all - THEY CAME HOME HAPPY! no shaking, no distress. They came home and had a small nap and carried on like they never had their hair cut today - this is the first time I can say this has happened. Did I mention Andrew cut both of their hair in 3 hours?!? Thanks so much Andrew, you have a gift.Side note: they are VERY well priced. My only regret is that I didn’t see my dogs before I paid and tipped. I would’ve left a much larger tip! Next time ☺️

I’ve been taking my fur baby to Twisted Whiskers for 5 years now. The service and care Andrew gives my dog is absolutely the best!Even when my dog got a ton of sap stuck in her paw Andrew quickly stepped in and told me what to do/not do. It was so bad that we stopped by so Andrew could professionally remove it and he did so in 2 minutes without charging.If you’re looking for a groomer, this place is the best!
