I have sent a casual jacket to shorten the sleeves, I received it with stain on it oil or what I don't know, it was shiny from the iron with some marks from the marking tool, in addition to that she was so rude, told me don't come beck, find someone else, she opened her sandwich started eating with a dress in front of her then told me I don't have anything to do for you.Her prices same like marketDoesn't deserve one star.

I had an idea to make a stuffed animal (Oscar the Grouch) into a golf club cover for my dad but had no way in knowing how to go about it. So I looked up a local seamstress on Google and I’m so glad it lead me to this quaint cozy shop inside T&T. The pleasant lady understood what I wanted done and she made it happen! She went out of her way to hand stitch the fabric instead of sew and the quality is excellent! She also provided the fabric which was perfect stretchy material. It’s almost as if I bought it as a real cover rather than it being converted into one. Very friendly, fast service and reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be going back if I need any clothing altered or who knows, maybe my dads friends will want their own custom golf club covers too now!

Wendy was personable and she was professional. She definitely knows her stuff, her prices are not cheap, but they aren't expensive either. I went there to have the sleeves of my new suit jacket shortened, not only did she did this well but she was able to do it in the same afternoon as well.I highly recommend this place of business if you're looking for a seamstress or a tailor.

Worst tailor I have been in years. Does not know how to cuff dress pants, I had to tell her how because she completely sewed off the bottom part solid, also only did one leg and forgot the other one, she also cuffed different lengths for the other pairs. I asked the waist to be altered, but she forgot to alter the button. I have those done with her a while back and just as I was about to wear them, it came back to me, now I need to get them done again somewhere else. And she does not iron the product after any alteration. I can't stand this type of basic lacks, I don't know where she learned her craft from.

Very unprofessional. I was told specifically to come at 3pm two days after I left my pants. I made specific plans to have someone pick them up and the shop owner was late arriving and then said she was not done and would be another 1. 5 hours. When I called her she said she was behind. I asked her why she didn't call me when I had a specific appointment time and she said she was busy. I am busy too. The person I sent to pick up is busy. She says it happens all the time. Obviously she doesn't learn from her mistakes.

Last week I called the lady and I asked her if she can do full body measurements and she said sure I can do that. I went there she barely knew how to speak English. I had a big important list needs to be measured and its so important use cant do wrong measured. she doesn't even knew most of the vocabulary she was using Chinese dictionary. every measurement she did was all wrong. I'm so mad wasting $10 of nothing she wasnt helpful at all. she was giving me weird look. I totally don't recommend this place at all!!!!
