Current TenantI live in Clearview Apartments.A Very peaceful friendly environment.Clean building. The Suprentendent Jillian is amazing. Shes been helpful from the start of application to move in. She ensures that everything is taken care of and the apartment is cleaned painted and ready. Jillian is very welcoming and remains connected with tenants. Jillian works tirelessly to keep the build clean and secure for all the tenants. I have not met the building manager Jennifer Bell yet, however from behind the scenes Jennifer has been doing her part to meet tenants needs through Jillian. They both work together for the common goal of making tenants feel safe and comfortable.I'm very happy that I found this particular apartment when I was searching.If you're mature individuals seeking a nice quiet place to live that is welcoming, I encourage you to come to Clearview Apartments. They have two bedrooms suites with 5 appliances. I'm used to washer dryer and dishwasher so finding this in an apartment is a bonus for me. Not forgetting the building is pet friendly. My dog loves it here.Thank you Jillian and Jennifer for all you do for Clearview Apartments. I appreciate you both.

I worked for 1.3 years and my experience was not a good one. I worked outside my contract for a hair out of minimum wage and practically paid full rent. That was my main issue I don't mind management as the did not micro manage me. The company which is located in BC really doesn't care about their workers. The company gave me a 100 dollar bonus but took it away and gave me 50 bucks taxed..so 35 bucks. They build a 22 million dollar property in 6-9 months which is great but one of the cheapest companies that I have ever seen in a industry. Corporate values are a sham and lie. They go through people like a box of fruit loops. U speak of a raise and they will offer 50 bucks of rent that your paying a inflate price forandeay yourrude to head office and fire you. I needed the job so chose this one out of 3 choices. I wish I would have died woodsmere holdings for contractual disagreements. What do you think?
