Nice thing about lordco is since they have so many locations they likely have your part, but not necessarily where you are. They brought the parts i needed from 2 other locations, but parts arrived a day later then promised. Prices are reasonable too.

I've been here quite a few times and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is full of whatever automotive parts and tools you need. The prices are good even if you dont have an account. I always ask for the Good guy price.

Went to this store for a consumable item of zap straps, shelf priced around $20 and upon checkout it rang in at $36 when I asked the counter staff about it he wasn't ro receptive of my inquiry. I thought I was wrong and he was right, so I paid for the item and on the way out of the store I saw the item on the shelf with the price tag at $21 , double checked the part number which was correct and brought the item up to the counter to address the issue , the lady behind the counter hastily removed and discarded the price tag and rudely commented ' price depends on account 'WHY WAS I CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE THE SHELF PRICE?I will not shop at lordco again .I will gladly burn the extra fuel and pay OEM pricing at a dealership before spending another dime in these stores again.I won't recommend these stores to anyone ever againLORDCO USED TO BE A GOOD STORE.WHAT HAPPENED.

Absolutely amazing service. Passing through from out of town, and luckily they had the part I needed. The staff also lent me some tools to change it out. Great service! Thank you so much, truly appreciate it.

A+ staff here. Came here almost two weeks ago, 8/18, with a unique RV problem. I wish I could remember his name, but the employee was incredibly helpful and aided us in finding a solution that has been working great.

Price too high! $138 dollar quote for 10 feet of 2dia exhaust pipe. I asked for aluminized steel (the cheep stuff). The other guys in town sold it to me for $12. Sorry

Absolutely incredible service by Kevin. To preface, I never write reviews, but the level of service I received warrants one.Late Sunday afternoon I was unfortunately struck by a failed wheel bearing in my travel trailer outside of Manning Park with no cell reception on the side of the road in the smoke from the fires. After getting the pieces I could out of the trailer, I was able to get into Lordco before close and Kevin spent an hour with me cross referencing and double checking almost every bearing and seal possible so that I could home and out of danger. I picked up the tools I was missing and my parts and was able to get me, my family, and my trailer home without another issue before dark. Thank you.

Good shop. I've been purchasing goods for my vehicles at this location for just over four years now. Always friendly, helpful, and get you the lowest price they can here in Hope.I've shopped at other Lordco locations in British Columbia since I started driving at 16 years of age in 1981. Great BC company.

Call it what you may, but as a female this wasn't my first experience with this.I visited Lordco last week to pick up an item, then asked the gentleman working to get me a price on wiper blades for my truck. I confirmed the details of my truck (make, model, year, yes even engine) and he quoted me $19 each blade. I questioned this, asking again for the cheapest option, advised I'd always been able to get them under $10 each. Was given a bit of a run around regarding price increases" and "just changed all the tags last week to reflect price increases". I declined to purchase them and left.Returned today
