Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. The people here are extremely unprofessional, and will try to scam you to get your money.I went in to get a rate for a line of credit. They told me I needed to sign up for accounts and give them money. I told them I just wanted a rate and they said no, that they would need the money first.I called their head office afterwards and they told me that what these people are incorrect and I wouldn't need to sign up for anything or give them money just to get a rate.

I had send rmy rsp transfer form through cibc June 11th 2020 today I received a voice message from this branch form missing my sin card number actually number not missing but still they took more than a month to find some reason to delay the transfer.

I had an extremely difficult time to get service from these unconfident group of people. The mortgage application process was incredibly slow and they lacked experience and knowledge in what they were doing..especially the so called manager was laughable.

Worst service ever, my 80 year old mother tried to get 60 thousand dollars of her money out of her account and was told the vault wouldn't open so she could not access her money as she needed a cahiers cheque. She was given no alternative so had go back the next day. They then made the cheque out incorrectly and she had to go back again. Then the manager told her she could bank elsewhere if she didn't like it. Also disgusting behavior.

This is a great branch. I came in with a very annoying problem and everyone I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. It took three employees to take care of my problem and they all did it with smiles on their faces. They even apologized for the wait! It wasn't even their fault that I had to wait. It was because of another institution altogether.Definitely recommend this place.
