During my interaction with Jason Smith, I found him to be extremely unprofessional and rude. He behaved beyond petty and was inappropriate. Given the nature of his business I would have expected a far more professional and respectful customer service interaction. I would never recommend this company based on my experience.

Jason and his staff are very professional, caring and compassionate. I have dealt with Jason for both my mother and father's arrangements. He goes out of his way to help as much as possible, and reduce the stress that is involved in this situation. He has also provided incredibly compassionate assistance to a family member who lost an infant child. Jason is down to earth and completely trustworthy. I would recommend Jason to anyone needing these services.
