Love my chair!!! I have been talking about getting a chair for my at home office for the longest time and I finally did it. I am so pleased, I wish I had done it sooner. On top of that the chair was delivered to my home and set up for me personally by Troy. Then Ember gave me all kinds of amazing advice on ways to make my office more ergonomically friendly, things that I could do on my own to start ...and eventually if I decided to add some other pieces along the way what I should think about getting next. Customer service is #1 at Chairlines as well as quality products. I will be recommending them to all my small business/home office friends!

I had lower back pain for a few years and was seeing my chiropractor on a weekly basis to help with it. Then I once heard through a friend about the special chairs for the active sitting which were supposed to prevent the back pain. I visited the Chairlines Store in Vancouver and got help with my choice. I decided to purchase the Spinalis Apollo chair. After using it on a daily basis for over five months I have no more back pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this chair especially for those that are in an occupation that requires them to sit all-day.

What I love:My chair is amazing!!! We have been looking for good real leather gaming chairs for quite some time with no luck. Everything we found was fake leather and not at all comfortable. These chairs are totally ergonomic with excellent lumbar support. They can be adjusted in every way! The seats are so comfy and the leather is buttery soft. You can even choose your leather colour(s)! The castors we chose (not pictured, as they arrived later) make us feel like we're gliding on a cloud across the floor. When we first got them home, my husband thought he was going to fall asleep in the chair, as he was so comfortable. We sit in our chairs for long periods of time, as we are both gamers. This is the first time we have ever had such a pleasant experience over the course of several hours. This would also work as a high end executive chair in an office.Ember is AWESOME! She knows her stuff and is super helpful!What I'm not a big fan of:The price is super expensive; however, Ember got us the best deal she could. I really appreciated that!The first lady who helped me seemed to know nothing about the products they sold. In fact, she would tell me certain chairs we were looking at were leather, when they were not. She made quite a few mistakes and I requested to only have Ember assist us via email later.Thank you SO much for taking so much time with us Ember! You're fantastic and we love our chairs so much!!!

Bought a chair, armrest, keyboard and mouse for my WFH setup from this team recently. Wish I had thought of them before buying a standing desk elsewhere. They are v knowledgeable and the showroom is great for trying things out. Their return / exchange policy is good too! Jenna and Mary are so sweet and patient, I had a billion questions but they answered them all with grace. Only thing I would say is (like any shopping experience) make sure you double check the details on your order and product when you pick up / receive it. There are a lot of options on some of the products and it's an investment so make sure you get all the details right and ask lots of questions if you're not sure. Also there have been shipping delays lately (no fault of Chairlines, it's across the board) so be patient for your purchase to come in - the wait will be worth it! I would recommend this store to anyone for sure. My WFH setup is now super sweet, plus the pieces (eg chair) are really good quality, so I don't think I will need to go back there for a while for my WFH-setup, but I will be back soon probably to upgrade my office-office :D.

I am very satisfied with the new office desk chair purchased from Chairlines. The staff member, Mary, who assisted in the selection was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. She explained the many features and guided me gently in making the correct choices of features that would suit me best. The chair was adapted and ready for pick up at the scheduled time. I am confident in the promise that any problem I experience will be addressed. There have been no problems.Thank you very much.

I recently purchased a new chair for my son who is currently working from home. He has a herniated disc in his back so seating is critical. The information provided by Chairlines and help determining the best purchase was great! The response from the staff was timely and efficient. My son has received his chair and just loves it! I am really happy with my purchase and the service received from Chairlines!

Got a really nice chair here courtesy of icbc. They customize chairs for your personal needs that's made to your height and width specifications so you get the optimal support from a chair. Aside from chairs they also have a lot of other ergonomical items like desk raisers, footstools, keyboard and mice all gear towards ergonomic comfort for when you're in the office, or just at home working. Great place to check out and get stuff. The items I'll be it pricey, but definitely worth it! People there are very friendly and very accommodating. Appointments are required to go view their shop, so make one either on their website or by phone. Check out their site for other cool things! Also, for chairs you can customize color as well as material that it's made from. Color customizing is free, but material change is an additional cost.
