Usually a decent place up eat. Just picked up a double stack burger and i was really disappointed. The bottom bun was soaked in grease and the burger tasted like it had been cooked about 3 hours ago. I won't be going back any time soon.

They now have small size of blizzard! So yummy, blizzard is kind of thick ice cream mix with toppings as tiramisu, chocolate, caramel, peanut butter,.... nice and cozy place, small but has its own charm. So many birthday cakes make by ice cream. Reasonable price. Clean restroom, large parking lot, has go through line.

Had the best double bacon cheese and single bacon cheese burger in whole of Chatham. It was completely halal which made me very interested as I'm a Muslim myself.Sauce was very delicious. Poutine was top of the line. Burgers very very juicy and made me say yummmmm yummmmmm. In all honesty, I'm a food lover and I loved the burgers and fresh french fries which i had at Backyard Burgers.

Very disappointed in the quality of the product. I purchased 2 peanut buster parties and one had very little peanuts on it and the second they poured all the peanut residue from the bottom of the container on it. It was so salty that it waste of money. I tried to call the restaurant about 8 times and no answer. On top of it being salty I also have high blood pressure and all the extra salt is not good for me either.

Today, around 4:50pm (just before dinner rush and other workers coming in for 5pm), my family and others behind us were surprised to see the drive thru attendant go from taking orders at the window, to preparing food in the back. *If* she washed her hands, it was out of my view. I watched her take tomato slices with her bare hands and then wipe her hands on her work shirt. She also grabbed with her fingers some type of salad or coleslaw and put in into a side dish container, instead of using a spoon or utensil of any sort. I mentioned it to the cashier that I was placing my order with and she stated that they don't use/have gloves and that she herself uses tongs. I didn't see any tongs in use. I asked that my family's meal be prepared with gloves or tongs. I hope she was telling me the truth when she delivered our food to the table that the worker wore gloves that made our order. She also said that as she was just a co-worker"

Don’t go often and like everywhere, some prices have gone up (a lot!) but the staff here was amazing tonight! Friendly, fast and made recommendations to new flavours from personal experience. Will be dining in again!

I would but as you can see all you get back from the managment is a forme letter sent back as you can see so what is the point I have not been back since.... Ok the staff are more into having fun then do what thay are getting payed to do I get it thay are kids but thay should be doing a little better on the job side of things if you ask me

The place was filthy, weeds growing all around exterior walls of building. Tables covered in gum and scratches. Lineup was unorganized, Cashier was sarcastic and rude. But, the deserts were still good as ever.
