East Coast Pop Up Weddings

We had a great experience booking a Garden Party elopement event. Sarah was in touch with us leading up to the big day and answered all our questions, making us feel as relaxed as possible! We had fantastic feedback from our guests as well - everyone had a great time and our pictures show the happiness we all felt.

One year ago today, Sarah from East Coast Pop Up Weddings married us! Having recently moved to Nova Scotia, we didn’t really know where to begin. After our initial communication with Sarah, we knew we were in good hands. Sarah helped with big picture details, such as choosing an accessible beach venue, to small things, like choosing cake flavours. She was an absolute gem to work with, and we wouldn’t want to get married by anybody else. Thank you, Sarah! See you in 15 years for our vow renewal ;)

Sarah made our day absolutely perfect and stress free. We reached out to her shortly after getting engaged. She suggested some options for us and we chose one of her suggestions that was perfect. At every step she provided as much support as we asked for and gave lots of great recommendations - hair, makeup, venue, food, accommodations, photographers. She made planning both fun and easy. She was always very responsive and approachable. Believe it or not we had a stress free wedding day! All thanks to Sarah. We loved our trip to the valley to get married. We emailed Sarah the day after getting engaged because we loved her previous work so much on social media - and we couldn't have been more happy we did! She made our wedding so easy for us; we were able to decide what we wanted and the rest was taken care of - we had the stress-free elopement of our dreams. In addition to her being incredible for communicating with - Sarah was such a wonderful justice of the peace, and her vendors were amazing - the flowers, photographer, videographer - every detail felt so perfect and fine tuned for us even down to arriving that morning to see a bottle of champagne sitting on a cliff side ready to be popped. I can't speak highly enough of our wedding experience with Sarah!!

Our wedding day was an impromptu occasion - and we can't thank Sarah enough for helping us make it happen. After experiencing a last minute cancellation that caused us to have completely re-plan our wedding, we decided to get married in secret" before celebrating with friends and family. Sarah totally stepped up for us - and gave us the experience we were searching for all along. Sweet

There are no words to describe how completely wonderful Sarah truly is as a person and as a wedding planner. She is a consummate professional yet so warm and engaging, and she makes your dreams a reality. She provides support when needed, incredible advice if undecided, and takes care of all the details with brilliant competence, kindness, and faithful adherence to your vision. Our wedding day, with 12 guests in tow, was exceptionally relaxed and fun. It was the wedding of our dreams thanks to Sarah. We planned the wedding from Alberta, without any idea of ceremony or dinner venue. Sarah guided us through some incredible options, and helped us form our dream wedding. We’d decided on Acadia University’s Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens for the ceremony (truly stunning!) and Troy restaurant (delicious!) for dinner, and Sarah took care of all the details. We made about 6 decisions in total (what a dream!!) and then on the day of, we literally just showed up. Our photographer was perfect, and cake, champagne, and flowers were all spectacular. Whether you’re planning to elope or host a small numbers of guests, we cannot recommend enough Canada’s East Coast and East Coast Pop Up Weddings. We’ve made a lifelong friend in Sarah, and she will forever hold a dear place in our hearts for making our dreams come true.

Sarah is absolutely wonderful! She answered all of our questions super quickly, met up in the backseat of our car during a rainstorm to do our paperwork, and saved us from a last minute catering disaster.If you need a professional cake cutter, veil wrangler, people herder, and so much more, Sarah is your gal. She also knows all of the best local vendors and has recommendations for everything - definitely take advantage of her wealth of knowledge, she won’t steer you wrong.We will be aggressively recommending East Coast Pop Up Weddings to anyone willing to listen, because it was just that amazing. Sarah is a superstar! She helped make everything so wonderful and effortless on our special day! She was an excellent communicator through the entire process which left time for us to enjoy our day without worrying about things like paperwork, flowers, cake, and more! As a Type A kind of person it was such a relief to have someone looking after all of the big picture stuff. Sarah is an absolute delight, and I would gladly get married by her again ;)
