Amazing Experience here with this car repair! Met Mr. Akhtar (the owner) , such a great person and explained the problems of my car, and gave out all the possible solutions for my car. He has highly qualified mechanics working for him.

Budget, excellent and prompt service.. I bought winter tires and rims 5 years ago, and I keep my winter tires there too; they have free service of switching tires back and forth everytime.

Polite and friendly staff, however, I had scheduled tire change over, oil and filter change and a brake inspection. All that was done was the tire change over so now I have to book another appointment and take time off work to make it to the appointment.

The great people at this shop quite literally saved my family’s holiday. Running errands on December 23, just as the major snow storm/blizzard hit, my brake light came on. I called the shop and they had me come in. I needed new brake pads, and they fit me in, even though I’m sure it was a stretch for them in the busy holiday season. The repairs were made and I was able to visit my family out of town for the holidays. Thank you!Excellent customer service and work! Always friendly, courteous and professional! Five stars! I owe them a debt of gratitude.

Made an appointment for my car at 1pm, not sure what the issue was, expected that they might have to take some time to diagnose the issue. The manager told me to go home after 30 minutes of waiting as they hadn't even seen my car yet. At 430 I called and the other office staff employee said the manager was with another customer and would call me, keep in mind that he assured me that the vehicle would be done that day. At 530 I call again and get no answer, go back to the location and nobody is there, my car is on the stand inside with the back wheel removed. The location didn't close for another half hour yet my car was not going anywhere that night, and no one even bothered to call me and let me know. I had to walk there the next morning, making me late for work, the best he could do was just put everything back in my car saying that he would call me later once the necessary part was ordered and then I never heard from him again.TLDR: Don't recommend, poor service, terrible communication

Came here after trying to find a great mechanic, Finally found one, great service, honest about the price and diagnosed my car problem effectively and gave us options on how to solve the issue! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While they did my breaks over a year ago to satisfactory completion and it was not astronomical pricing.I recently had my car overheat I called and they said bring it in and we will look at it. This was April 2023, they had my car for 3 days and not once provided me with an update along the way until I called them. They told me it would be ready one day so I had my co-worker drop me off on our way home as I called and they said my car was ready. It wasn’t ready, it took another day and me again calling to see if it was ready. They told me it was fixed and the replaced a cracked coolant hose for just under 500.00. That’s fine, it worked for just under a month and again in May 2023 it overheated again. I called them and they said bring it back and we will look at it.This time they again had it for 3 days again they did not provide me any updates along the way. They fixed an oil leak that I didn’t ask them to fix and replaced for coolant thermostat for a total of 1400.00.Again I brought my car home and watched it leak coolant on my driveway. I called them again and told them it was leaking, they told me to bring it back and they would look at it for free.They told me it was just normal coolant overflow out of the reservoir because it was too full. THIS WAS BS. It continued to leak coolant for over another week!I brought it to another mechanic recommended by family and they found and fixed the problem in under 2 hours for under 250.00!!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They overcharge and fix imaginary problems in order to make money!

Yesterday not even an hour before closing I called as my tire obviously had a slow leak that was in need of repair I have some serious health issues and need my car especially in this bad weather. The receptionist was amazing said to bring in right away. Less than 30 minutes later all fixed. Such friendly efficient service staff and manager outstanding customer service I highly recommended -

My car had a slow puncture due to a nail .i was in way to work It was nearly 5 pm on saturday before long weekend of 22 may. I went in hoping the shop will b open i didnt had an appointmentThey still helped me although they were very busy removed the nail from tire fixed the puncture and saved my long weekend and and i was able to reach my work on timeOn top they charged very less and reasonable price..They could have turned me down as they very busy it was closing time and i didnt have an appointment but they helped in very reasonable priceDefinatly going there again for other car work if needed

I did one oil change and it was like a scam. they tell you it's 39.99 $ but in reality, they will charge you 98$ per hour for labour. so be careful! the other time I went there and I was having no other choice I was desperately asking their help just to remove the CV axle shaft from a wheel bearing that I already took off the car so they have nothing to do only to use a jaw puller to pull it out. after making me wait and treating me like a homeless they refused to help me even though I'm offering to pay as much as it costs because my car is on a jack and I have no other choice. In a very inhumanity way, he told me we don't have time! Come back Monday! and it was Saturday. I was leaving and I tried to talk to one of the mechanics working on a car and he just ignored me like I was nothing. I looked at him in his eyes and said hi and he didn't answer! Unprofessional and inhumanity people I will never go there and I don't recommend it to anyone.
