I had some minor issues with my Honda pilot along with a recall that needed to be sorted; so I called ALL the local Honda stores from Destination to Mary-Jones and Cole was the ONLY advisor I spoke with that sounded very competent on the phone, mind I live in West Richmond so Surrey Honda is a little bit out of my way, but the 1 hour travel was worth every mile. He was able to handle all the issues in a VERY timely manner.I have been working in the auto industry for a couple years now; I can say with my full fledge confidence that COLE ROMAN is without a word of doubt the best service advisor I have ever encountered.To Surrey Honda Management: Congratulations!
