Not sure what everyone else's issues are with this website. But I've had no issue with them at all and my stickers shipped pretty fast. Maybe its because I'm local to Alberta? Either way the quality is pretty nice. :)

I needed race numbers for my bike and had a week to get them done. Stephanie was quick to do up the design and was able to use my feedback to get me exactly what I wanted. Max also went the extra mile and helped me by installing them because I was in a time crunch.Quick, helpful staff and great quality products! Would definitely recommend you get your work done here!

Absolutely horrible service I called to find out a quote the lady told me she couldn't give me a quote over the phone because she needs the exact measurements I told her okay I said I would come to the store I'm only a little bit away she then said she will give me the tape measure she won't come out and measure it because she's the only one in the store I said okay I would go there anyways but then I asked her name and she wouldn't even give me her name she said I don't have to give you that I have no idea what made her not want to give her name she works there she's an employee. So you have now lost three companies logos by the service as well as a not-for-profit organization which is located all across Canada

I have place a order with decals monster and when I start to install my first decals I realized that my decals was wrong, they forgot to put they outline so my decals stands. After my second attempt to contact them since they are not returning my phone call, finally I got they’re answered, they are refusing to replace them at they’re cost. Really great costumer service!!!!!!!! I gues my decals was to expensive to get replace $400.This is only one of my experience, but they’re is way more.Go somewhere else so you don’t get stuck with expensive decals that you can’t use.

I used to come here for my decals, I loved their work however I just went to place a bigger and forgot my mask when entering decal monster. As I walked in they didn’t have any mask policy signs on the door and the lady told me to put a mask on. Unfortunately I didn’t have one and asked if they had one I could use. She continued to tell me now go get one and come back with a snarkey attitude that wasn’t necessary. I suggest you guys should go grab a $20 box of masks so they don’t push away customers that are coming to spend a couple hundred bucks on decals. I’m Not mad about being told to put a mask on. I’m put off by the employees tone and the lack of care for their customers. I’ll be going elsewhere today to get what I need !

I ordered a car decal for $70 . I thought I got scammed because I hadn't gotten it and it's been over 30 days. But I got it today and it's just what I ordered. I am so happy with it.

very slow on making product had to cancel and they never issued a refund had to file a claim with pay pay avoid at all cost

Was a good place to get decals....the happy lady at the counter should try be a little social With customers...three different people and we all said the same...... attitude sucks!says o online...nprbs better than her happiness....and if I wanted to go online I wouldmlnt get it from her!!good luck with sales...never agaon

Amazing experience!!! hands down the best workers. I needed some last minute stuff for an event and they were able to get it all done within the day. As well the price was way below what I was expecting to pay.

Never received my order… Write to them twice. Never had a reply… lost 50 bucks… I was happy to buy canadian…
