I came here today for my ultrasound appointment for feet because I had so much pain in my feet since 3 weeks after waiting for my appointment they were not ready at all they waited me there for about an hour and still not even done there were two lady at reception. I don’t recommend to go here at all. Very poor staff very poor service not hygienic at all.

Just called them to inquire about ultrasound appointment and found receptionist so rude!! She gave me appointment for 4 days later and when I politely asked her if there is anything available earlier as requisition is marked urgent, she rudely cut me off and told me to go to hospital for urgent things. Her tone was really rude and she rushed me away. People calling you are already sick and going through hard times, show some manners and at least be polite.

I will NEVER go back to this place ever again, extemely rude staff especially the east European lady who did my ultrasound. I have followed their instruction to drink 6 glasses of water one hour before the appointment, first try she said your bladder is empty" I said "How can it be? I already have the urge to go to washroom!" She then said "You only have 90ml

Had a great experience here. Staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was communicated to me so I didn’t feel out of place. Can’t speak to the other reviews but I arrived a few minutes early and was attended to right away.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Very rude staff. No care for pregnant woman. Unhygienic. The Ukrainian lady was very impatient and rude to my husband as well. Ruined our ultrasound experience. If you can DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been here several times for ultrasounds and have always had a positive experience. Victoria, the technician who performed my ultrasounds, was courteous and knowledgeable, and I felt at ease throughout the scan. Lady at the reception was always easy to talk to and gave all the necessary information. There was never a long wait to get in.

We visited this place on the 5th of October 2021 for an Ultrasound. It is a small place on the second floor of the building with 2 chairs for patients to wait and one chair outside for the visitors. I interacted with the two busy ladies at the reception, and they were very friendly. For an appointment at 12.20pm we were late by 5 minutes (Called and informed that we would be late by 5 minutes) and they were okay with that and I was told that the lady who does the Ultrasound might not wait if we were late by more than 5 minutes. We were told to register online if we needed to see our results after 3 days. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I wish I read the reviews before going here. The technician is so rude. When I got there she is openly talking to another patient in the waiting room loudly about their medical history in front of everyone else. I would have wanted some privacy out of respect. She was questioning the legitimacy of the requisition. Then it was my turn to get scolded publicly. It was such a horrible experience. Stay away.
