Every day this week you people have gotten my order wrong.Specifically from this location. Every other timmies in town is great! This place is a joke.Not only did they get my order wrong again- they belittled me as I opened my order up to make sure it was proper- and guess what, it wasn’t. I was then told that I didn’t order what I expected and received glares of disrespect as I checked my receipt to only prove I did order what I expected and didn’t receive it.That whole place needs to be replaced by competent people.

They charged us for a coffee and then when I said we were suppose to get the other order she got mad at us and didn’t refund the original order and then didn’t scan our points to get a free bagel. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Most rude cashier I have ever spoken to.

My order has been made wrong three visit in a row and i will not return. The two workers over night are very rude and tryed to say my coffee was made right when it cearly was not. Very bad service in my opinion.
