I quite literally can never pick up an order from this location without there being an issue.I'm not sure why you are even given the option to customize a drink or meal and have to pay extra for it - all for it to still be wrong at the end.Now before you think I'm customizing a drink like it's a Starbucks - no. It's as simple as extra liquid sugar to an iced coffee because they seem to forget to add it to a regular iced coffee to begin with.No matter how many times I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt that someone won't disappoint me today because it might be a different shift"

Garbage tier quality, Big Mac patties so thin there's holes in 'em. 80% of calories from the bread (says so on the app) flavour is non-existent. Served luke-swarm to cold. McDonald's has really gone down hill. Only go here if you get off on disappointment. Friendly staff and decent coffee though.

I'm a regular costumer here and this location change a lot since it was opened but still the service is good and the food is great, nothing more to say.

Please do yourself a favor and pass on this location. First & foremost I found hair in my fries. We visited this location twice and asked for fresh food & told staff we don't mind waiting. They told us yes no problem" both times we were served cold fries

This McDonald's in downtown Fortmcmurray is the Worst McDonald's ever, usually they open the Doors at 6am, most of the you will be standing there freezing to death while they are Watching you from the inside, what a bunch of losers they are, they don't your business! If you don't a car and can't drive through drive through to get your food, don't even waste your time going there in morning! The Manager of this McDonald's should be Ashamed of him/ her self, I grab a coffee and some breakfast every morning, I guess I will have take my business some where else. Today March 9/20203 I came the usual time 6am, they watched me stand there in the cold and refused to open the door!!! Some other customers came too, I was standing by their door for 20 freaking minutes.

waited 15 minutes just to not got half my oder then went in then came back and told me i didnt order the crispy chicken litterally the first meal i ordered like how about actually using the screen to type in orders and not get them all wrong all the time. not the first time either

Absolutely horrible that at 945 in the morning I was locked outside with my child while workers were in and the drive through was blocked solid with people.The sign on the door says Please wait until an employee comes to let you in" we waited a solid 5 mins and left again. Upon leaving another mom and kid were knocking on the door

Horrible service every time I come to this location. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through just to be served cold over cooked fries, a warm coke with no ice that they couldn't even fill all the way and a dirty look and attitude from the girl when I requested more ketchup after she only gave me one pack.

Yesterday had an unpleasant experience at delivery counter in drive through with Kiara, she was so rude when I told her that this coffee is not , what I ordered. I go to this store every day. Almost every day they get the order wrong , then when you call over to let them know, they get very rude about it.

There's always one miserable girl who wears eye glasses at the drive-through window, please quit. Your attitude is terrible. Customer service oriented, you should be. Smh!
