M&M Food Market

Nice clean environment, guy working the counter was friendly and helpful. Decent selection of inventory. I only reduce my rating to 4-stars because the facility itself is very small and cramped. This has nothing to do with COVID,. I personally prefer a little open space to shop.

I was just at you Oliver Square M&M store in Edmonton, AB and parked in the click and collect stall. I was NOT even out of my car yet and a VERY RUDE woman with long brown hair came out with another guy and said excuse me are you here to click and collect for M&M. I said I’m here to come purchase stuff. She said you have to leave this stall and proceeded to tell me that click and collect was for their customers who had inabilities. And proceeded to point at the sign.Firstly, I thought the sign said for M&M shoppers only (my bad).But that woman proceeded to humiliate me and talking to me like I’m an idiot. If she would have looked at my leg, she would have seen I was in an “Aircast” but no... she just looked at me like I was a disgusting fat person who just didn’t want to walk!I will NEVER shop at your stores again! Complete rudeness and humiliation and the fact that she brought a guy out with her like some sort of bouncer is even more sick!What the heck happened to customer service?Disgusting

Would be nice if tye store opened on time. Open sign is on but door is locked and I don't see anyone in the store.

Ive always loved M&M food , they are high quality , easy to make and have a large selection! I love their weekly deals and personalized deals for each customer. Whenever I go there, I am kindly greeted and I always love asking for suggestions from the staff. They are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about their products

Small but great selection, everyone who works there is helpful. Plus I once unknowingly dropped my wallet in the parking lot and the gentleman working there grabbed it and held it for me lol.

This was my first time trying M&Ms, and I will be returning again!! I was helped by a young lady named Paisley who was incredible! Service was great, very upbeat and welcoming! She helped me find items to try and was very informative. I absolutely love the food and it was very easy to cook. Prices were a little steep, but plenty of good deals. Great experience all around!!

Good location. Has what you need

Currently 5:30, open sign is on, and says the store is open till 8pm….. but the door is locked with all the lights on… stood waiting for a while after calling the store a couple of times and having someone picking up the phone but not responding. Very confused, as to why someone is picking up the phone but not responding or opening the door. Only a think I could think of is the employee is not okay… hope nothing bad is going on.

Typing in the parking lot, came to door 9 minutes before posted time of close to grab a quick spinach dip for myself and my girlfriend. Door was locked, cashier stood at till printing out sales reports and avoided eye contact with me as I knocked on the window twice. I’ve worked similar jobs and I get wanting to cash out early to finish the day quicker but really, refusing service to a customer while within the hours of operation doesn’t seem like something that’s written in the employee handbook.
