Some good deals if you're willing to put up with sourcing missing parts etc. Workers are friendly (for the most part). Electronics often don't work but sometimes they do! It's a gamble for sure - sometimes they give you the wrong item and it's worth WAY more than what you actually bought!!

I bought electronic scooter in facebook from this company but It was defective product. The scooter tire was cracked totally and it can be slippery whenever turn around. My daughter could have been injured because of this cracked tire.I complained about this and I asked him to exchange other one. but he just laughed at me. He told me that impossible to exchange it because I had chose this one. Only what I can do it I need to fix it using my own money.Regardless of what client chose, all Items he want to sell on the market have to be in order.Dont' buy anything from him. so disgust guy

Disappointing Experience: Cracked Stem Issue with Roll ScooterROLL ELECTRIC SCOOTER buyer here. I recently purchased the scooter with the understanding that all items had been checked and were in working order. Unfortunately, the scooter I bought had a cracked stem, which we discovered after a third ride (the steering faltered).The auction provided a replacement stem part, but replacing it turned out to be an incredibly challenging task. It took half a day, specialized tools, and solvents to complete the repair: angle cutter, WD40, lubricant, pliers, custom screwdriver set, socket set. The scooter is commercially built, heavy, non-foldable, and has proprietary screw and bolt dimensions, making repairs next to impossible.Prospective buyers, especially those interested in Roll scooters, should think twice before opting for this auction. While the overall quality of the scooter is decent, the potential for hidden issues and the lack of proper customer support make it a risky purchase. Repairing such problems requires significant time and effort, so exploring other options might be a wiser choice.In conclusion, my experience with this auction was disappointing due to the cracked stem issue. I hope this review serves as a warning to future buyers.I would not buy from this place again. And I would not buy Roll electric scooter for $430 - not worth it.

I have never had anything but amazing service and help at North American Auction! Keith always goes above and beyond to help me out and has loaded my car for me several times. Everyone on the lot is very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions!

I have had a lot of fun at this auction site over the past 12 months. Some of the items aren’t always exactly as expected, and I often wonder why Home Depot, Costco, Amazon and more would send broken items to auction, which then reflects badly on this hard working team at Local Auction.I try to pre-inspect the items before I bid and still try to get a fair deal, after all it is An Auction and it is fun to see what they have each week.

I always bought from this auction and no others. The guys whgo work her and run it are decent people... I see in reviews that people complaining they getting stuff not woring is broken or missing pieces. That is what goes on in any action you go to. You are buying it AS IS " and nothing more. If you want something working and want money back then go buy it brand new in a store and stay from auctions. But as for me I will always buy from auction. I get something not working so what. Found out about this place a few months ago. I participate in the auctions a lot more than I’d like to admit lol! I think they’re been one auction I haven’t purchased anything from. Came today and Nadeen was super quick finding my items. The staff is always soooo friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend enough.

I just bought this from the auction and it was such a great deal. My ageing mother will love it. The auction's pick up location was easy to find and the staff were friendly.

The guy that runs this place is one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of speaking to. Everything here is 'as is' which is clearly stated on their website.This means even items in boxes that appear new are often missing hardware and occasionally is just an Amazon scam returned item with nothing but junk in the box. It's understandably risky to buy here and I get it they are up front about it.However, 'As is' doesn't absolve you of giving customers incorrect items they have paid for or having the wrong description on a listing. This has happened several times - sometimes goes in our favour and sometimes not. Still a hilariously terrible way of running a business. The staff must be running around like chickens with their heads cut off which is a shame as most of the workers are very pleasant, helpful people.A solution of bring it back" or "it's only $10" with no apology or admittance of error is not a solution.Bringing things back takes time and money and you're hardly ever open.Hanging up before a customer has finished speaking is also generally frowned upon in the customer service world.
