Bennett Podiatric Medical Centre

I have been a patient at Dr. Brendan Bennett for a while now. I go there to for custom orthotics. The past few years the fitting for them has been improperly done with rushed appointments. In and out in under 10 minutes with no concern given to properly fitting them or the care of the patient. His biggest concern now seems to be how fast he can get patients in and out of the door. If you bring up any issues with the orthotics it’s almost like he does not want to hear them. The last numerous pairs orthotics I have received have been uncomfortable and not fit properly. They have caused a great deal of hip and lower back discomfort. I have called the office to ask for a second refitting and was told the cast is the cast, that’s the way it is and basically deal with it. If this is the way Dr. Bennett is going to handle issues such as the above, I”ll be taking my business elsewhere and letting people know the poor taste he has when issues such as these arise.

He's good if you want corns removed on your feet. If you think you have warts he can give you something to treat them yet a pharmacist may be able to do the same. Yet for orthotics I would probably not go there as you can get them from Costco or Walmart or department stores if you use the foot machine properly. So weigh in that it's good for what it is and it's only a all practice and if you have other concerns see an MD instead

I had a visit to the medical clinic today and Dr.Bennett clearly explained the issues with my ingrown toe nails and explained the methods on which we could treat them.

I am happy for the clinic to be over satisfied with their current patients. This may explain the rough and careless treatment to new ones. Please say it clearly that no new patients rather than kicking them out. I wouldn't recommend the place.

I visited Bennett Podiatric Medical Centre today for an ingrown toenail. Appointment went smoothly. Reception was very friendly. Dr. Brendan Bennett was polite with some dry humour. I was apprehensive due to some other reviews but my experience was very positive. I would recommend this clinic for your podiatry needs without hesitation.

Been seeing Dr Bennett for 2 years. I am very satisfied with the foot care I having been receiving go every 6 weeks to get ingrown toenails looked after and callous. Foot care is a lifetime process and if as individual cannot do it. Go to the professionals. I recommend Benett podiatry.

Seemingly not interested in new business. Website contact us" page does not work. Their phone # is not displayed anywhere on their site except on one drop-down screen that disappears quickly. I phoned and asked for a first appointment

I have been going to Dr. Brendan Bennett for a few years now. I was very disappointed with Dr. Brendan Bennett and the service he provides, especially the fittings for custom orthotics. The appointments for getting fit for orthotics are rushed with limited to no interaction with the patient. The work he does is careless with little or no attention given to detail for properly fitting you correctly for custom orthotics. If you have an issue with your orthotics, Dr. Brendan Bennett refuses to deal with it and simply states that’s the way it is - take it or leave it! He does not listen or take in the needs of what the patient is saying. I can say at one point he was a good Podiatrist but now has seem to lost the interest and the passion in the work he does. Look elsewhere if you care about your feet and your health!

They had literally no clue what my problem is. No diagnosis, no treatment plan, no nothing. I had to ask for writing down some of the information as they don’t give you any professional diagnosis that could be taken when visiting another institution..

Dr Brendan Bennett does an amazing job on my feet,I have corns . He is very thorough & takes great pride in his work, thank you
