The team is good compare to other Triple O location.The Assistant Manager is great in customer service. Her team performs better when she’s around.The store is clean and easy to get parking.

Overpriced food, mediocre service, nice decor. I know I'm critical of service because it lacks everywhere, but when I get someone who has a personality I give them full stars. I find the prices to be very high for what is now just a ok burger without much taste. Maybe it's just better to go to a regular Whitespot but I've seen some of those reviews too.

Ordered two regular burgers on Skip with veggie patties (we are vegetarian). One burger arrived with beef patty instead. Not the first time the quality assurance wasn't great from here hence why I'm reviewing now.

There was a time that triple 0's was king of the fast food. Now, prices heavier than Wendy's, but quality significantly lower, this burger Shack is falling apart with innovation being shaky and the restaurant feeling outdated in burger themes. Overall, if you're looking for a good cheeseburger, it'll do. But so will Wendy's. And burger king. And pretty much anything else marked hamburger on the map. I'd take a lot less offense to these guys if they weren't charging fat burger prices for burger king quality food.

Never had such great experience in a fast food chains but this Triple O’s!We were really thankful for the excellent and outstanding customer service of the Assistant Manager, Priyashi!She values customers. She has a great and pleasant attitude. She made customers feel important.Priyashi does not only meet but totally exceed customer expectations.Highly recommended this Triple O’s location!

Extremely clean environment. The cheese seems different than at White Spot, I don’t think it’s real cheese which is a bummer. The sweet potato fries are better here though. Staff was friendly. Easy to get in and out of, ample parking.

Love coming to this location. People are super nice and have great service. Today, I had Heavenjot in drive thru, and she was very helpful and kind. It's always great to see her.

Had breakfast on a Sunday morning. Nice and quiet. We were one of the first customers. Spacious dining area. Themed restaurant like a 60's checkered floor with matching seats. We do like the Breakfast Sandwich. However, the coffee tastes burnt and the chicken tender is not that tasty.
