Best dealership ever!! After dealing with how awful and crooked Subaru dealers are (specifically Sherbrooke and Montreal shops) I have to say VW Vaudreuil was a breath of fresh air. The used car manager treated me like I was the only client he had yet he was super busy and pulled in every direction especially with a staff shortage. He kept his word about everything and followed through even after the sale was completed. I must say I have a service dog who was treated with respect and love from every human on the floor. Mr. Jean Francois runs a family of salesmen - all so kind and genuinely helping each other. I wish I could work there!! Best dealership I’ve been to and this was not my first rodeo! You won’t regret it!

Be careful! They truly only care about the survey.After that, they quite literally told me that my satisfaction didn’t matter and that meeting with me was useless since the survey was already submitted.

Just purchased my new Atlas Cross Sport at Vaudreuil VW, Charles-Etienne was my sales person and he did a great job. Knows what his doing!Then Charles Custeau delivered my Car and explained all the features, again a great person to deal with.Stephanie Brosseau was my finance manager and she did a fantastic job ,delivering my car within the same day I purchased it,WOW.All and All a great team!

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who are 80 and 83 and not very tech savvy. This is an in depth review of long time customers and goes into detail thus it is rather long.They have been customers of this dealership for over 20 years having bought 5 cars from here. However during the pandemic when there will social distancing requirements my father, who is very stir crazy and cannot sit still long got into a big argument with the manager at the time for walking around the showroom without an appointment during one of his service appointments. Since then there has been a constant smear campaign from management at this dealership against him. He essentially was banned from going in the dealership. So now my mother is the one who brings the car for service. During the last service where they had their snow tires removed, rather than store the tires in the dealer like they have for years, the tires were tossed in the back seat and trunk. Remember they are 80 and 83 respectively so it was VERY hard for them to take them out at home. This was again all for spite. The last straw came today when my mother was trying to schedule a regular service and was told there were no appointments for 3 months!! They did say she could bring the car to either DDO or Valleyfield. Really Vaudreuil VW you can’t come up with something better?If you are looking for a responsible and caring dealership, I suggest you look elsewhere. Oh by the way the car they bought, Taos has so many known issues that “can’t be fixed” it’s ridiculous. The digital dash literally turns off completely while driving and all they said was “Yeah, we know it’s a known issue”. I am absolutely disgusted with how poorly my parents have been treated. This is how you treat repeat customers??! Buyer beware!

Excellent service. Entire team was very helpful and welcoming. Took note of my issue, supplied an estimate in a timely manner, fixed issue and everything is now perfect again.Love my Atlas.

We bought a used 2018 Atlas Highline from Vaudreuil Volkswagen. Getting information and purchasing the vehicle was very smooth even though we were from out of province.We dealt directly with Kate Crosby for the purchase. I flew out and was able to have an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle the same day. We then purchased the vehicle the day after.Kate was very honest, personable,professional, informative and a true pleasure to deal with. As it was a used car she was open about any minor defects. She assured us that it was in outstanding condition (having being safety tested and certified). Kate was quick to either repair or compensate us for these minor defects.Overall, we had a very good experience with Kate and the dealership. We would recommend them.
